An absolute disaster of a company. I refused to accept the product, and it was returned straight back to the sender. According to their own refund policy, I should have received my money back immediately — but nothing happened, and they ignored every single one of my messages.
I finally escalated the case through PayPal, who stepped in and refunded my money without hesitation. Yet again, PayPal proves they are miles ahead of these shady sellers.
Avoid this store like the plague — do NOT buy from them under any circumstances!!!

Nie przyszedł mail z potwierdzeniem zamówienia, nie przyszło zamówienie, pieniądze zapłacone, kontakt ze sklepem zerowy. Unikać tego sklepu.

El pedido ha llegado antes de lo previsto, esperaba una semana y han sido 3 días. El producto es el que esperaba, sin problema

Habe heute meine Sneaker (Adidas) erhalten. Leider sind die schon getragen, haben kleine Flecken auf der Innensole und auch Haare und "dunkle Wuggerl". Außerdem ist das Leder schon "faltig". Leider kann man unter der Telefonnummer die angegeben ist, niemanden erreichen (wird per Band sofort durchgesagt, dass keine Anrufe möglich sind). Nachtrag mein Mail wurde beantwortet und ich bekam ein Rücksendelabel, bzw. wurde mir ein Rabatt angeboten. Also top Kundenservice per Mail!

The initial transaction was seamless: a pair of Doc Martens at a good price, delivered in good order three days later.
Although they were in perfect condition, they were not exactly the ones my wife was hoping for (different leather texture). I started the return process, received a return label, repackaged the goods and sent them off. Five working days after the tracked delivery, I received the full refund.

My only minor criticism would that there were no updates along the way, between me sending the return and the refund arriving back in my bank account. A 'we received your returned item and are processing your refund' message would have put my mind at ease.

In the end, the company proved reliable and trusworthy.

Worst return I've ever had... more than 1 month waiting after shoes were returned to shop for refund... Difficult contact

Sigue sin llegar el pedido, cuando pone que la entrega se va a realizar hoy…llamas o correos y dicen que ni han recibido el pedido…como es posible que me llegue cuando si quiera correos tiene el pedido…no se sabe nada de mi paquete…imposible contactar con shooos…una vergüenza!!! Parece una estafa…espero recibir el paquete cuanto antes, pero no vuelvo a comprar aqui

Cuidado con esta tienda. Hice un pedido hace 15 días y no solo NO LO HE RECIBIDO, sino que la empresa de mensajería asegura que no le ha sido entregado. Shooos dice haber puesto una reclamación y la empresa de mensajería asegura que no existe tal reclamación. Mientras, yo sin recibir mi pedido y sin tener el dinero.
Igualmente, la supuesta garantía de Trusted Shop se lava las manos. CUIDADO. RECOMENDARÍA NO COMPRAR!

I sent back the goods 1 week ago and I did not received any information if the return is taken or not. Of course, there is no refund yet. When I try to reach my account in website, it is shown as deactivated!!

Ich kann wirklich nur das beste sagen! Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung alles top. Ware original verpackt ,Spitzenpreis, gibt kein einzigen Punkt zu kritisieren!!

Die Bestellung und die Ware selbst (Birkenstock Sandale) waren perfekt. Ich hatte zuerst Bedenken, da es ja doch einige schlechte Bewertungen zu Shooops gibt, aber wenn man sich diese genau durchliest, sind sie oft nicht nachvollziehbar. Meistens wird über die kostenpflichtige Retoure gemeckert, was man aber von Anfang an weiß und was auch bei anderen Unternehmen oft der Fall ist. Vielleicht denkt man auch mal etwas genauer vorher darüber nach, was man genau bestellt und haben möchte, ohne dass immer alles x-mal hin und her geschickt wird. Jeder sollte sich, gerade in der jetzigen Zeit, mal Gedanken zum Thema Umwelt machen. Außerdem ist mir aufgefallen, dass auf negative Bewertungen immer sehr nett geantwortet und Stellung bezogen wurde, z.B. dass man den Kunden bereits per Mail über einen Vorgang informiert habe. Von mir eine klare, bedenkenlose Empfehlung 👍
