Worst website in Israel, long delays, selling things out of stock, 0 customer service.

מאוכזב מאוד בפעם השנייה
פעם ראשונה הגיעו נעליים בקופסא מעוכה ונראה שלבשו אותם.
פעם שנייה חיכיתי שבועות. באותו הזמן הזמנתי מעליאקספרס ואמאזון שהגיעו הכל, רק משוזאונליין לא הגיע. שלחתי הודעה וחזרו שהמשלוח אבד. עושים את שיטת המצליח. אחרי פעמיים הבנתי שזו מגמתיות ולא אנסה להזמין גם אם המחיר אטרקטיבי כיוון שזה בזבוז זמן ולא יגיע או שיגיע משומש.

My friends told me not buy from them as it takes forever to get the parcel ( in their cases around 2 months). I still had a hope so i ordered birkenstock and got email that it will be delivered until the certain date. When the day came no delivery was sent to me. They do not have phone, only email so i wrote to them and in 3 business days they answered that the delivery company lost my parcel and they will give me points to my account plus some bonus points so i can buy different shoes. When i got points i found out that on their website they have exactly the same birkenstock and size i ordered in the past the one that they lost . So i ordered again but paid more money as they got more expensive . So i was waiting for 3 weeks to get it , they lost it , i ordered again same shoes , paid more and now need to wait another 20 busdiness days hoping that they will not loose it again. When i asked them
why i need to pay more for the same shoes that u lost , they told me because the prices are always changing , there is nothing they can do. So do not waste ur time and money on this website. Most of the people i know who tried to order from
this website , had troubles.

Update: they gave me the money that i paid extra back , hopefully i will get the parcel soon as well.

bad service!! More than 3 weeks waiting for my order and still nothing. You should stay away!!!....

Waiting a month already and still did not get my shoes!
No shipping details are sent.
Hard to get in contact with them.
Will never order from them again!!😡

Placed an order January 29 to be delivered to an address in israel, they wrote 2 weeks shipping and it never arrived, when contacting customer service they answered a few days later (there’s no phone number) that it can’t be delivered because I chose pickup, which is a lie, I never chose pickup… they wrote they will refund the order, so far I didn’t get a refund, therefore I’ll dispute the charge.

Это фэйковый скаминговый сайт. Товаров у них никаких, тупо собирают бабки и крутят, после назначенного срока поступления заказа, ничего не происходит. Товар нет. Вы обращаетесь к ним и они в лучшем случае вернут деньги на пэйпал (ечли платили через него). Если вы платили картой - то это конец. Деньги замучаетесь

Received the wrong product, been trying to contact customer service for a week, unresponsive and bad service. Their reply is insufficient (when you finally get a reply), I’m still waiting for the right product…….

Got damaged shoes. Asked to return them 1.5 months ago, they were picked a month ago. Waiting endless for refund.

Made 6 orders from them in the last couple of years, out of which only half arrived. I was just told that they can't deliver what I ordered a month after ordering it, while their system says my "package has been packed and ready for delivery. In another case, I waited months only to realize they never had my size.
Their service responds very slowly, if at all, and they take forever to give you your money back.

I don't recommend ordering from this site at all.

Waited 3 weeks for the shoes only to discover they are out of stock. Bad service and unreliable platform. STAY AWAY.

Orderd shoes, after I paid I got a message that the shoes were not in stock . Luckily I paid through pay pal because they didn't answer my emails, or messages and they don't have a phone number . Only after I opened a complaint in PayPal did they get back to me and answered when i would get my refund. Still waiting to see the money in my account.

Shoes that ordered before month didn't even send !
