Great service
Ordered some boots for my daughter. They were dispatched instantly and delivery was on time. Unfortunately the boots didn't fit, but returning was easy and a refund processed super quickly. Superb service, much more efficient than many other online shopping companies I have used recently.

eBay purchase Clarks Keesha Rosa - The shoes are still not here
The shoes are not arrived yet, what comment can I give and write about? The tracking information from Royal Mail is rubbish.
Where are the shoes now???

Hi Keith,
I have had a look into this for you. Shoes to Hong Kong can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. This is stated on our website. The official Royal Mail tracking number issued to you is accurate and if you have any questions regarding your item, you can call Royal Mail and they are usually very helpful.
I am sorry to hear you feel you haven't received the service you expected. Please get in touch with a member of our team should you have any more questions.
Kind Regards,
Chloe

Fantastic service
Made the mistake of trusting Clarks' measurements of my son's feet (again) and ordered a 7 1/2 F in a style that they hadn't got available in store, which by the way is a frequent issue with Clarks. Shoes By Mail were the only supplier with stock and they arrived the next day even though I hadn't paid for next day delivery. They were ridiculously tight so ordered the next width fitting which arrived quickly and the refund was sorted within the week. I will no longer buy any Clarks shoes in-store, it is ridiculous that there is such variation between different styles in the exact same size. Will just get my son measured at Clarks as a guide and order two sizes from Shoes By Mail and send the wrong one back!

Hi Siobhan,
We're happy you liked our service. Thanks for shopping with us, as a small business we need all the support from our customers that we can get! So thank you!
If you ever have any trouble with sizing a member of our small team is always available via email or telephone to help, so don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.
We stock Clarks toddler and junior gauges also, which means you can measure your little one at home and then use the online Clarks size converter to see the size.
Merry Christmas! We look forward to dealing with you again soon. :)
