I have not as yet received the item, but I know , I hope and I trust that
the item will be as good as sdvertised.

We've seen it with friends, and have tried ordering for my own , tho nothing would meet my personal specifications - color, size and fit.
I am Asian, and it is that difficult to find miniature sizes.

I appreciate the concern of the team, esp Ben K to assure that
the item will arrive here in Chicago, in time snd in safe condition.

A good experience.

The shoes were packed adequately, came quickly, were what were ordered, and questions very quickly and professionally dealt with. Shoes by Mail seem a very good organisation.

Delighted by the prompt delivery. Unfortunately, the fit was not quite right on the summer sandals I ordered, but the pre-paid label made their return easy.
