Very good service - quick and efficient.

I wasn't sure about using an unknown online retailer, but my experience was a good one. I ordered boots, they weren't suitable, so I returned them FREE, which you don't get everywhere and a refund was processed within two days.

trouble free service

I delighted to be able to find a pair of Clark's shoes which I had had before but which Clark's had stopped making. Shoes by Mail sent them within two days of ordering. The whole experience from using the website to receiving my shoes was trouble free

I bought and paid. They didn't even have the shoes!!!

I bought a pair of shoes online, they refunded me 5 days later because they never even had the shoes to sell? How can they take your money and not even have the merchandise, really annoyed now because I paid through PayPal and the have refunded me but I will have to wait another 5-7 days to get my money back. Poor service is an understatement. But they did try to email me with an alternative pair of shoes being 3 sizes bigger than what I ordered and in bright pink.....

I'm sorry you feel you've had poor service from us, this is certainly something we don't want and we strive to keep our customers happy and get them what they need. Unfortunately on this occasion, a system error meant that stock was showing despite the fact it had been unavailable for some time, and this is something we hadn't managed to pick up on until your sale came through. We do always try to offer our customers an alternative if there are any stock issues, and I apologise that you felt that both pairs offered were unsuitable. Once again I can only apologise for this error.

Have not been paid back after returning shoes

Ordered a pair of shoes in mid August and sent them back as they were too small. Followed all the instructions on how to return the product, however upon receiving the shoes SBM emailed me and said my name was not on there, so I replied back confirming it was me who had sent the shoes as they didn't fit. After this, there was no reply and to this day I have not received the £48 I had spent.

Usually, when shoes get sent back without the buyer's personal information, all we can do is wait until they inquire. The shoes have been on my desk for some time. Now I know they belonged to you I will fully refund in your account today.
