Don't use Parcel Force
Shoes are perfect and your company sent them very quickly. Unfortunately the same can't be said of Parcel Force who failed to deliver on original day and then also failed to deliver on requested day. I do now have my shoes and am delighted with them.

Thank you, we use Royal Mail tracked 48. I'm not sure if they hand over to Parcel Force for the final delivery - we will look into this.

Excellent customer service
I ordered these shoes for my dad who has dementia and struggles with sore feet and adequate support. They are very soft and comfortable and well worth the cost but for me it was the customer service which stood out. I emailed with a query and received a very helpful response within two hours.
