3 weeks delivery, low quality, garbage, One promotional email per day

I ordered two quarter zip sweatshirts from this website and I researched the website before hand. I ordered a green on and a grey one. I received two green ones that looked nothing that I ordered. They were cheaply made sweatshirts. Buyer beware.

Ordered a couple of tops. No tracking info provided after 2 weeks, no response from shirtsinstyle other than a template email. Scam website

Shirts in Style never responded to my two emails about sizing issues with my order.

I’ve been waiting forever for my order and haven’t been given any updates whatsoever and when I click the tracking link it says it cannot be found. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Hello I’m writing to let you guys know that I never got a tracking number of a receipt for what I purchased but was charged for it and I’m really pissed because I want it bad and never got it!!!!!

Ordered,charged my Capitol One CC, and, no response, no acknowledgement, no tracking, NOTHING! $50 poorer and nothing to show!!! SHIRTSOUTOFSTYLE sucks!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! NO confirmation, NO tracking information, NO response from customer service. Misleading ordering process. Received items and they are way too small and poor quality. No one responds to my request to return. Ghosting me. I’m out over $250 from this scam!

Just like everyone says, this is not a good place to shop. I ordered this product on May 16, 2025, and cancelled it immediately after I saw that it would take 7 weeks to arrive, they said that I could not cancel due to the order being processed. June 19, 2025, I received a notice that the order is being prepared to be shipped. I received the items on July 26, 2025. The XXL is too small, and I cannot roll the sleeves up like advertised. I tried to contact the shipper, but it would not allow. I will be getting my money back one way or another.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Run!!!! My husband ordered 3 quarter zip up shirts . The size large looks like a small and was damaged. We are trying to return it .They asked for a picture and we sent one and still waiting for a response!!!! Unreal !!!!

Time from order to delivery was acceptable…not very quick but reasonable. The shirt is junk…it was advertised as linen but more like a canvas. Cheap, cheap, cheap…and way too small. Man’s XL barely fits my wife who wears Ladies Medium. Will never purchase from them again.

The Corduroy shirt I ordered (XL) was a (M). Could barely manage to get it on with it compressing my shoulders and over a 2" gap in button area. Was trying to figure out how to return so sent replies to newsletterATshirtsinstyle & infoATcomfytshirt the only available contact links and both never went through receiving a mailer-daemonATyahoo and "Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up." If there was a lower rating than "1" i would have given it!

I wish I would have read the reviews before placing an order. The corduroy shirt I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive from China. Quality seems ok for the price but it is too small. Another 3 weeks and here I sit waiting for the return label. From what I am seeing here the shirt will probably go to a friend or my local donation shop.

I ordered three half-zip sweatshirts from Shirts In Style for $95.52 in early May, 2025. The shirts were delivered three weeks later. The sweatshirts were not anywhere close to the depiction in the website ad. They also had a wrist band that was way too large for the shirt. They offered 30 day returns with authorization. It took me three attempts to them for a return before I finally got an email from them. They made me several offers of discounts on future orders if I would keep the product. They even suggested I give them to a friend or relative and take a 20 per cent discount on my next order. I refused all these "offers", and demanded a return authorization. They finally said they would only offer a refund once the product was returned to some Province in rural China at my expense. After reading reviews, I discovered this is their scheme. Sell poorly made "knock-off" materials and then make it too difficult for the buyer to return a defective or mis-represented product. Many of the reviews said it would cost them more to return the product to China than they paid for it in the first place. DON'T BUY ANYTHING from Shirts In Style or any of the other names they use for this sham business! Any communications you might be lucky to receive from them after you have paid....is from a company with a different name. Premier is one of those names. If you do....you will regret it.

Item was thin, fit was odd for me. I contacted them multiple times for a return and got no response. What a waste of money and time. I will not order from them again.

Product quality is VERY bad, it took several weeks to get here, and the sizing is nothing close to the size I ordered. I ordered polo shirts and can not even get them over my head. And the labels do NOT show the size of the shirt to confirm that it is what I ordered. Based on the other reviews, I am not going to add to the nightmare dealing with a miserable return experience. Guess it is going straight to a donation bin if they will take them. Lesson learned, and hopefully others learn from my mistake.

I ordered a cashmere shirt from them. The ad said it was made of a cashmere blend. The shirt arrived as 95% polyester and 5% spandex. They said they didn't have stock and sent me something similar. I requested a return and refund. The website return policy says that they will provide a return shipping label. They refused to provide the label and wanted me to return the item to China at my cost. Shady outfit to say the least.

I would avoid purchasing from this seller,
Had issues with purchase, returned product then things got worse.
After returning to seller address months later after contesting through PayPal the sell sends request to have items shipped to China (after item was already in their possession)
This company does just enough that paypal will not help you so spend your money some where else

Title: Absolutely Terrible Experience!
I ordered a blue jacket on January 1, and what did I get? A pair of sport shoes meant for a baby girl, delivered on March 14! What a complete mix-up!

I've sent over 10 emails trying to resolve this issue, but it feels like I'm talking to a wall. No response, no jacket, just frustration! As of today, April 28, I'm still jacket-less and wondering if this company even cares about their customers.

Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere! This has been a nightmare of an experience. Zero stars if I could give it!
