It was straightforward to follow their instructions and ordering, the team kept me informed and up to date with progress at every step, and the end product is everything I hoped for and more. It took me a long time researching various shirt framing companies to frame a shirt presented to me, following the scattering of my dad's ashes at Chester FC back in 2016.
Life took over and I finally got around to getting it done last week.
The communication from the first moment of placing my order was excellent and from that moment on, I knew I had made the right decision.
I was so pleased with the finished item that when I first saw it, it brought tears to my eyes due to the sentimental value this holds.

The care taken in framing and returning the shirt is clear to see.
The packaging very sturdy and strong and the quality of workmanship is fantastic.

The young man I dealt with(Tom) was so helpful, professional , knowledgeable , understanding and went above and beyond to help me and make sure that my requests were met.
