After Sendle closed its doors, it was tough finding a service that offered a similar service for someone selling the odd item on ebay and FB marketplace.
I thought I would try Zappy, and to be honest, it has been a nightmare. I booked an item for pickup, which was easy and intuitive, but the courier service they use had no record of the pickup or tracking details. The box sat out the front of my property for 3 days in the rain, and then I reached out to Zappy to ask what is happening. No one seemed to know anything. I was also informed that services like Zappy cannot confirm a date for parcel pickup as this is out of their hands.
Why is it that every other courier service can manage this? Are the majority of services wrong?
Honestly, try someone else.

Worst interface ever. Never wasted so much time trying to book a parcel. I cant use words to describe my sheer disappointment, dissatisfaction and complete distain for Zappy. And I really wanted to like it. But every time you do something the software fsils so badly you want to throw laptop out the window and cry.... Because you just want to book a simple parcel and its so damn hard. I was using the woocomerce intergration but I give up on this time wasting pathetic booking platform.
Cant book on mobile. No app. Mcubed is not autmatic. If you stuff up any part of booking, so then cancel booking. CANNOT REBOOK.
I Repeat . It stuffs up the weight. Refuses to book parcel. You cancel. Thats it No rebooking . Oh you can, but it goes to Aramex only now.

Zappy needs so much work for user friendless. Oh stuff up you biz name. Cant edit.
