We've been working with ShipTop for a few months for our ecommerce fulfillment and Shopify fulfillment. As a company that ships out plenty of both DTC and B2B orders it was important for us to work with a fulfillment team that understands how important both are to our business. We've been really happy with the service, the team, and the overall experience of working with ShipTop.

Engaged ShipTop for ecommerce fulfillment for our online store B2C orders (run on Magento), and also to fulfill our retail B2B orders. They have generally been quick to respond and cooperate well with all the different requests that come along, including very "ad-hoc" requests. Very seamless so far.
