I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with this company.
I contacted them because I was looking for a used Jetour T2 rear bumper. They had one available for AED 600, and I agreed to pay an additional AED 50 for delivery.
The first red flag came when I tried to pay by credit card. The seller specifically told me through WhatsApp that I would have to pay an additional 5% for paying by credit card. I questioned this and told him that, based on my understanding of UAE consumer protection rules, a business cannot simply add an additional credit-card surcharge in this way.
What concerned me even more was that the WhatsApp message in which he specifically stated that the additional 5% was for paying by credit card was subsequently deleted from the chat.
Fortunately, because I already had concerns about the transaction, I had taken screenshots of our WhatsApp conversation before the message was deleted. I therefore still have a screenshot showing exactly what was originally said regarding the 5% credit-card charge.
I cannot say why the message was deleted. My personal suspicion was that, after I challenged the charge, the seller realised that having the statement in writing could be problematic and removed it. That is my assumption only, but the fact remains that I have a screenshot of the original message.
It was only after I told the seller that I would document my experience in a Google review that he agreed not to charge me the additional 5%.
Unfortunately, things became even worse after I paid.
I specifically asked when the bumper would be shipped and was told between 12:00 and 1:00 and that the courier would contact me. I later discovered that apparently a driver had attempted to call me. My phone was unable to receive normal calls at the time, and I had assumed communication would be through WhatsApp, as is extremely common in the UAE.
After going back and forth with the seller, I eventually managed to contact a driver, only to be told that he did not even have my bumper with him.
I then tried contacting the courier company. They were extremely difficult to reach and I was given another driver's number, who told me that he did not even service my area. I attempted to contact the courier company again and received no answer.
At that point, I went back to the seller for assistance. Despite having taken my payment, my subsequent calls and messages went unanswered while I was simply trying to establish where the bumper I had paid for actually was.
The entire experience was chaotic from beginning to end. I paid AED 650 in good faith for a bumper and delivery. Instead, I spent hours chasing the seller, the courier company and different drivers trying to determine where my purchase was.
The part that concerns me most is how the transaction began: being told in writing that I needed to pay an additional 5% specifically because I wanted to use a credit card, challenging that charge, and then later discovering that the relevant WhatsApp message had been deleted. Thankfully, I retained a screenshot of it.
Based purely on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company. The payment process, communication and delivery handling were extremely poor, and the entire transaction left me with very little confidence in the way my purchase was being handled.
