In August 2026, I had 3 automatic deductions from Shimma and it’s still continuing after I chose to cancel my subscription. To stop the headache completely I was forced to get a new card altogether

Bottles and packaging look great. The body coverage cream itself is good and covers hyperpigmentation well but didn't cover my scars as much

Took a while to set in. It was about 10 minutes until it had dried into my skin. I used the brush it came with and did 2 layers. It does look good and covered my birthmark on my thigh. Color match was good but it was frustrating waiting for it too dry

I didn't think it would work, but its by far the best product I've used for evening out my skin tone. I hadn't tried any body coverage makeup before but I'd used different serums and they didn't do anything so this is a way faster option for results. It goes on easily and blended into my skin seamlessly. Thank you Shimma

Had a great customer experience with Shay! I ordered the toffee but it was a bit too dark for me so I asked to exchange for caramel and she helped me through the entire process and was very helpful. I was worried it wouldn't match and then I wouldn't be able to get a different shade but she was very attentive and let me know what was happening with my new package and gave me updates and the exchange process was so easy. I bought the body coverage cream and it works just like its advertised. I just wanted something to cover my dark knees for the summer and this gets rid of any dark spots with a couple layers. Also stayed on all day so I'm very pleased

Delivered fast and packaging looks great. Cream is a nice texture and stays on in heat and doesnt sweat off!

The shade didn't match but Nyla's customer service was outstanding. She was understanding, professional and helped me through the color exchange process. I was sent the mocha shade in the body coverage cream for free after I originally chose cocoa but it was a bit too dark for me. She made me feel very valued as a customer and you can tell they care a lot about having a good customer experience. I hope she is rewarded for her great work.

Ordering is simple and the body coverage cream worked well to cover up my dark knees so now they're the same tone as the rest of my legs.

Ladies this really works! Great for scars, veins and uneven coloration. I matched the color I wanted perfectly. The only problem I had was, it didn't completely dry. There's no smell and your legs look great.

I've had a great customer service experience with Shimma. I ordered the coverage cream. I thought I color matched correctly, but when the product arrived it was a little lighter than expected. I still used a small bit( a little goes a long way) on a area where I have some light stretch marks. It was too light, and didn't provide the coverage I was hoping for.I immediately reached out to Shimma's customer service department via email and they responded right away. I explained the situation and inquired about return policy of the unused tube and unused brush. It was my my fault so I was willing to keep and pay for the one I did open; But to my pleasant surprise they told me to select a new shade and keep the wrong shade with no additional charge! I was so grateful. It's been a while since I received good customer service from an online company, but this is why I'm posting. This may not be everyone's experience but it's mine. Once I receive the new color I will update as to how the coverage is.

I purchased Shimma to cover a significant scare on my hand. Due to the complexity of my hand, I couldn’t achieve the desired coverage. I worked with Nyla, provided requested documentation. Nyla was understanding and supportive in helping me resolve my issue.

I love how well it evens out my tone on my legs. It matched my skin tone and didn't look too fake, it looked nice and natural. Once it dried and set in it didn't look too cakey, and i had to rub really hard to get it off, so it stays on really well.
