A positive experience working with Shilabs
Raj at Shilabs has been guiding me through the process of revising and updating my website, as well as improving its SEO, over the past several months. His knowledge and professionalism have been first class throughout.
From the outset, Raj took the time to understand exactly what I wanted to achieve with my website and then developed a clear plan to help me reach those goals. He has given me confidence that I am in the right place with Shilabs to achieve the results I am looking for.
While the project is still in its early stages, the trust is already there. Raj has been positive, supportive, and proactive throughout our engagement, and I look forward to seeing the continued progress of the work.

Rarely do you find someone who listens. I mean, really listens. My “product” is unique and comes with a set of challenges most do not understand. By asking the right questions and hearing my feedback, Sandy has given me the assurance that I am in the right place with ShiLabs. The work is just starting- but the trust is totally there. So far, so good: my experience with Sandy has been amazing!

Finally found the right partner — results speak for themselves
"I've been working with Shilabs Digital for 8 months now, and I can honestly say they've been a turning point for my business. They rebuilt my website from scratch, took over my Google Ads campaigns, and worked on backlinks to turn around a really difficult situation I had found myself in.
After years of bad experiences with agencies that never gave me solid, trustworthy advice, finding Shilabs felt like finally landing in the right place. They've been endlessly patient with me — I asked for multiple redesigns and changes along the way, and they always delivered without making me feel like a burden.
The team is genuinely kind and professional, and most importantly — it's working. I went from months of complete silence to receiving real enquiries again. That says everything. I hope this is just the beginning of a long collaboration."

Unprofessional staff and no results at all
My name is Mak Muranovic from Art and Tours Sarajevo and we are selling tour packages since 2018. I just want to tell what happened to me and this company Shilabs.
Firstly, if they get your number, they will chase you for months to start business with them with all fake promises. They tell you one price which includes everything, then they ask you how much you will pay more to complete the process.
In the very start of our cooperation they sent me blogs that were AI generated fully and it was easy to discover that. After talking to them, they said sorry, we will get you a blog from a writer. I could not believe what I have experienced.
Furthermore, after spending 2400$ and almost 5 months of work, I received 0$ and no bookings from any customer in the world. They promised that it will take mostly 4 months so that bookings will start. When I asked why it is taking so long, they just replied you need to trust me. So, not professional at all.
And the most important, I received a message on whatsapp from a customer who founded me on Viator, then entered my website and informed that there is no option to book a tour. I was so confused, I entered the website and when you scroll the page down the pictures and content is repeating the same. When I texted them for this issue, they respond it is not our fault.
Please, have in mind they I passed them the C Panel access with username and password, and the website was 3 years healthy before they ruined it. Without the access they cannot post blogs, so no one else was able to destroy the website.
You are probably now asking yourself why I gave 2 stars after this situations with Shilabs, only due to Jasmine, who has been polite.
To conclude, unprofessional service.

Dear Mak Muranovic,
Thank you for sharing your concerns. At Shilabs, we believe that every experience—whether a success or a lesson—helps us grow, but we never fail to attend to our customers and address their claims or concerns with the utmost seriousness.
We are currently conducting an internal investigation to verify all aspects of our collaboration, including:
- The duration of our engagement and the progress made.
- Whether your account manager had addressed your concerns by assigning a new writer and whether the second writer met expectations.
- The level of website access granted to us and how frequently our team accessed it.
- Reviewing CPanel access logs with your hosting provider to check if there were any unauthorized logins or modifications from other sources.
Please allow us some time to complete this process. The concerned authority from our team will be in touch with you shortly to discuss our findings and possible resolutions.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
Best regards,
CEO

This company has been in decline now…
This company has been in decline now for at least 2 years and has neglected to inform me of recent changes, charges due and so on.
I have now found another site manager here in Europe not only to monitor my web business but also to update and reconstruct my website . Shilabs totally failed to inform me of maintenance charges for almost 2 years, blaming it on the pandemic etc., which is not true.
After receiving a warning from my domain provider I contacted them and they scurried to catch up , overcharging me in the process! They wanted $300 in advance of any updates or changes made and refused to give me my data (username +PW) until I paid them to refresh the site!
I am now with another provider who has now encountered some questionable tampering with my site texts but who has erased them and restored my site to its original state. Of course we will now update and make changes, but thanks to Shilabs I almost lost the ENTIRE website!
And finally, be careful as they do not speak good English here which also proved to be frustrating.
