I felt that I need to write this because in my opinion this has been the best customer service I have ever experienced. Life is hard sometimes and thinking of the right finance option can be difficult however Okhan took all the stress out of applying from the first interaction to funds in my account. Okhan guided me the whole way and the process only took two days. Okhan is a credit to your company and the experience will be used by me for years to come. If anyone asks about finance I’ll be directing them to GetCapital & Okhan

Very happy with the final outcome
Very happy with the final outcome. At first I had an issue with my account and was going around in circles with some of the account managers at Get Capital. I asked to speak to a manager as my issue wasn’t getting resolved. I spoke to Mustafa who told me he will get back to me asap with a resolution. He called me back the same day letting me know he is working on it and will get back to me. To my surprise, he called me back the next morning with a resolution. I am very happy with Mustafa and he turned my experience with Get Capital into a great one.
