Worthless product with a semi-predatory…
Worthless product with a semi-predatory UX - generic advice, no actual job listings, no obvious way to cancel in the app, and their customer service is barely there. When they didn’t respond for several days, I had to block my credit card so that they wouldn’t charge me.

Hi Megan,
I’m really sorry to hear about your experience - this is absolutely not how we want anyone to feel when using Shift.
Our goal is to provide real, practical support for job seekers. While we don’t post job listings, we focus on helping users build a job search strategy, improve their applications, and navigate the hiring process with expert support - but we understand that’s not what you were expecting.
We also take concerns about cancellation and support delays seriously. We’re currently reviewing your case to make sure nothing gets overlooked.
Thanks again for helping us get better.
Best regards,
The SHIFT team
Thank you
The career test helped me reflect on my strengths, though some of the suggestions felt a bit too broad.

Insightful
Shift definitely gave me a new perspective on my career direction. Some of the recommendations felt a bit generic at first, but once I spent more time on the platform, the insights became more useful.

Shift just makes it easy
I started using Shift after I graduated. The product is full of colorful, easy-to-understand content. I appreciated this approach of "making things easy for me". Customer support was very nice and cooperative. Generally in my opinion worth a buk. Give it a try!
