There has been transfers made without my consent ,this is fraud 3 seperate amounts have been even taken from my account by a Robert Nowak working for a company called Nexperts or just nexo

Reading the reviews I thought id leave mine. Ive had my carbon green wallet for two ish years. Use all the time. Near every day. Still perfect. Only issue is finding the website.

Materials are nice and looks good - but falls apart pretty quickly

Scammed. Wallet failed after 8 months, company has now disappeared.

I was reasonably happy with the wallet, even if its mechanism was a bit more basic than the impression given by the ads.

Then, just under a year after I got it, all the screws on one side fell out. I've emailed the company twice now, to ask if there's a way to repair or replace it, but with no reply, and the website appears unreachable now too.

Erstens hatte ich meine Bestellung versehentlich an meine alte Adresse schicken lassen und konnte sie nicht mehr annehmen.
War alles kein Problem, es wurde sofort eine neue Bestellung an meine aktuelle Adresse geschickt.
Zweitens ist die Qualität sehr gut, die Patches sind klasse, die Karten halten bombenfest.
Ich hoffe das bleibt so.
Bin auf jeden Fall super zufrieden.

My worst experience ever. I order from shield wallet, while I was waiting for it to arrive suddenly they changed the status to ARRIVED. Ever sicnce I did not get my wallet nor did I receive my money back. SCUM OF THE CENTURY.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I received an email with a shipping tracking code (didn’t work). Not delivered, website then mysteriously being worked on “pardon my dust”, emailed the info@ that the scam traders have advised others to email here and haven’t received a reply.

Will now have to go through the rigmarole of getting the money back from the bank.

Wished I had checked the reviews before buying.

Absolute scam , placed an order , was told it was shipped with tracking nu.ber , can't access it as it comes up .
Pardon my dust , we are doing something, can't access site , I've emailed via the tracking email and heard nothing .
Had to start a claim through my bank .

The wallet was not fit for purpose and fell apart. We were sent a kit to repair it ourselves and that did not work. We asked for a new one which never arrived and customer service refused to help us even though we politely explained it had not arrived, we have not recieved a tracking email at the time and following their instructions to contact the courier was impossible because the order was not listed on our account, we explained this but it made zero difference and no one was interested in helping us they just kept saying the same thing over and over, even with me explaining that their way of resolving the situation was impossible. We are left with a broken, fallen apart wallet that is not fit for purpose and a lifetime warranty that doesn't seem to be applicable

After a few months of using both the Shield wallet and the key holder, I have to say I’m not overly impressed. When I first got them, I was genuinely looking forward to something that looked sleek, minimal, and supposedly “premium.” Unfortunately, that excitement faded fast once I started using them day to day.

The biggest issue for me is durability. Both the wallet and the key holder pick up scratches far too easily — and I’m not talking about being rough or careless. Just normal use, sitting in my pocket, and they already look worn out. For the price these go for, I expected them to handle daily wear much better.

Out of curiosity, I decided to compare them to a cheap set I bought online — a simple card holder and key holder from AliExpress that cost me around £12 total for both. Honestly? I can’t tell the difference. They feel the same, look the same, and even the finish and materials seem identical. If anything, the cheaper ones have held up just as well, maybe even a little better.

That’s when it really hit me: you’re basically paying a premium price for branding and packaging. Once they’re out of the box, there’s nothing that justifies the cost difference. The Shield stuff might look nice when new, but the moment you start using it, it becomes clear it’s nothing special.

If you’re thinking about buying these, I’d honestly say just save your money and grab something off AliExpress or Amazon instead. You’ll get the same thing for a fraction of the price — without the disappointment.

Looks premium, feels average, and scratches like crazy. Definitely not worth what they’re charging.

It would have been a 5 star, but they did not have the black magsafe with the strap, and they did not inform me about that. At the end they "changed" (i'll get back to that in a bit) my order and sent it to me. And they even threw in a free coin tray. The "change" was actually interesting, because I got the black magsafe with the strap, as I ordered. Make sure to ask them what do they have before ordering. Thank you shield. It is a great product

Ordered the wallet on 17th August. I had no updates for 4 weeks, so contacted them where they said they would dispatch it immediately.

The wallet wasn’t dispatched immediately. It was dispatched on 30th September, but the tracking information still says it’s not available after a further 2 weeks.

DO NOT order from them, it’s a total waste of time and now they’re not replying to me so I can’t get a refund. I wish I’d have seen the reviews before I purchased anything from them.

I ordered item on 6th Oct, On 7th Oct i was emailed saying it was being sent to shipping. Received an email from Evri on 8th October stating they're expecting my package. Tracking is still yet to update for product.

Took my money, never delivered, don’t answer mails.

I had to wait two months without any updates, until I finally contacted them myself. Luckily, they replied fairly quickly and explained that the item was out of stock. This makes me think that if I hadn’t reached out, they might have just kept the money.

I asked if they could offer a discount or maybe a small gift for the long wait, but they chose to issue a full refund instead—better than nothing. Now I just have to see if the refund actually arrives.

Also, they don’t update the website or mark items as out of stock, which doesn’t seem right to me.
I’m not sure how reliable Shield really is, but their customer service was quite good. As for the product, it will remain a mystery.

Total scam,returned the wallets and still waiting for my refund four months later, guess I'm not receiving it

Update: got in touch with shield who said the product is out of stock even though I have recieved an email saying my order is shipped. Scam website
