Very important ❌❌❌.Read this fully before joining Shibani airlines company.I am writing this review from Kerala based on a real-life experience. If anyone has fallen into this scam, please get out as soon as possible and do not waste a single rupee. A total of over ₹35,000 has been lost so far without receiving a job.The company takes money by repeatedly promising that a job will be provided shortly. However, what they actually do is arrange interviews at various locations in India. Candidates must travel and attend these interviews at their own expense. If a candidate is qualified, they may be selected, but that decision is made entirely by the airline, not by the Shibani fraud company.The breakdown of the payments demanded is as follows:Registration Fee: After a screening test and a written exam, a registration fee of ₹1,651 was charged.Uniform Fee: Subsequently, ₹3,250 was demanded for a uniform. The uniform provided was of extremely poor quality and not worth the price paid.Training Fee: A 7-day training program was mentioned with a demand for ₹4,999. There was significant manipulation involved to pressure the family into paying this amount(manipulated my mother, Krishnendu Dutta said, Your daughter's future is my responsibility auntyy).Security Deposit: An interview was scheduled under the claim it was for a major airline, (Krishnendu Dutta told me 'Air India 'Interview conducted by a lady named Geetanjali Chatterjie, not sure about the name and Sarmishta)a utter fake interview now I understood. After a deceptive interview process, a "security deposit" of ₹55,000 was requested. Pressure was applied to pay ₹25,000 immediately, with the rest to be paid later.Manipulated my mother and she paid 25 k.Major airlines like Air India do not conduct interviews through third-party intermediaries or demand security deposits or online payments. This is a common warning sign of recruitment fraud.After the money was taken, an agreement was sent(an agreement should prepare in the presence of both parties, they violated this ). While the company previously promised immediate employment(this week or this month 😡), the agreement stated that the company only arranges interviews and that selection depends entirely on the candidate(if one candidate select it is his/ her skill not Krishnendu dutta's or Shibani company's and moreover despite rejection or failure the amount will goes to Shibani). The agreement also contained clauses allowing the company to retain significant portions of the money (up to 15% or ₹15,000) if the candidate withdrew.It is advised to apply for job interviews directly through official airline career portals. Despite promises to refund the money in installments, no funds have been returned to date(yet not received 1 rupee). That money was my mother's sweat and blood 😡 these frauds shameless frauds took the whole amount, these people are very cunning, crooked and manipulative don't believe them. Shibani is fraud company, shamelessly making money. So don't go for it.Krishnendu Dutta asked the final agreement back to them,they sent,because they scared of me and he said he will return the full amount if I send that agreement back, pure manipulation. Guys don't fall in his fake smile and manipulation, don't waste your money.If anyone wants the final agreement copy,contact me through (can't share e-mail here so you can check my review in justdial and contact me )

No one should pay money. These are scammers. 1, 1480 rupees (document verification) 2,2000 rupees (uniform). After saying that there is no more money, they ask for 80000 rupees. The poor will send money. Then I will not find work. I will not be able to contact them. Take care everyone.

This is totally a fraud company. Firstly one lady call me and they talked to me so sweetly...like they wanted to catch my attention towards their company. And then they asked me for online interview then they asked me few questions and also talking in that way ...that I believe them so blindly and then in starting they asked me to deposit 1480 rs. And then they trapped me in their words. After that they took Rs 2000 from me on the pretext of the dress then they left me on waiting and suddenly when I asked them to do urgently then they asked। me to deposit 70000 rs. This is so worst that ...Why should I even join through them ...I trust them but they make me fool. Even they don't return my money which I deposit to them. Legal action should be taken towards them...I was in so bad phase of my life my financial conditions were so poor but still I trust them and with lot of suffering I deposit that 3480 rs. It was waste of money. Even I drop lot of jobs due to this. They again and again asked me to not join any other company. I believe them but in the end became a fool.

This is a scam company. They approach us saying, they are recruiters for Air India, Indigo etc.They collect our documents, conduct telephonic interviews, online interviews and final interview. They charge registration fee of Rs 1485/when application submitted for that they will provide reciept and in terms and conditions they will mention regarding training fees..if we ask about that in WhatsApp they will mention there is no other charges other than registration fees. After all their interview results etc.They will ask Rs 70000/- as training charges for recruitment. This is really a scam company according to my knowledge they find people to cheat through olx, LinkedIn mainly. I have already started a campaign against this scam..if someone is interested to join please contact me, also brought into notice about this scam in front of the central home department, Civil aviation ministry and west bengal home department.
