I have been looking for a pair of western work boots for a long time now but couldn't find any small enough for me (UK3)- I was so happy to find that Sheplers stock steel toe in a US5.5!! ordered my boots and they arrived just a few days after! fantastic service!

Sheplers and Boot Barn have been FANTASTIC to work with. Ordered 3 pair of boots from Boot Barn online. Picked them up and tried them on, they were too big. I took them back to Boot Barn and they were very easy to work with to return them. Not the first bit of hassle. I tried on many boots in the store and then purchased a pair. After a few days I went back online to Boot Barn but could not find the Laredo boots I wanted so I ended up at Sheplers website. They had different brands than their sister store Boot Barn. Sheplers had many Laredo boots and they said if I didn't like them to take back to Boot Barn. I ended up ordering 4 pair of boots at Sheplers. They shipped very fast and the selection was great. Sheplers had the Laredo brand in many styles and they made the purchase very easy.

I am from South Africa and ordered several times from Sheplers.

Orders are always 100% correct, with super fast delivery (from order to delivery 4 - 7 days).

Their products are exactly as described and of excellent quality.

For SA clients - in my experience, the American jean sizes are mostly a bit larger - I always order one size smaller (waist size only - length is perfect).

Returns are also possible and Sheplers even make this process easy and very effective.

I have placed quite a few orders from Sheplers. Had been looked at these boots for quite some time. Finally got them and they were perfect!

I ordered a pair of boots and a pair of Miss Me jeans. Boots were great but jeans are a size too big.
When I went on site to return/exchange my jeans my order number kept being rejected. So I then sent an email to their customer service to please help me organise an exchange. My emails are continuously being rejected as spam?? Even though I have an account with them. I’m thinking that this is also happening to everyone else who is complaining about a lack of customer service.
Still no luck contacting them! Not great.

From purchase date thru delivery in London UK, it took less than 2 weeks which is perfectly acceptable being items shipped from US locations!!

I’d give this place a 000000 if there was a way to do it. Worst customer service EVER! Sent me the wrong merchandise & instead, sent me a kids jacket & they were supposed to send me the correct order, but never did & never even gave me an order number. Each time I call, no one has a clue as to when the items will be shipped. Waiting on a return call from them right now. This has been going on for almost two weeks now. TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE!! This place is the worst.

This company doubled the amount of money for hold on my card. My order was for 300 dollars, but they held $600 for multiple days. And I called they had no idea what I was talking about. The way they go about holding your money when you order is scandalous. I disputed it with my bank as fraud. Quite honestly this company is dishonest.

Absolute clown show. The jeans I ordered arrived four days later than they were supposed to and they were the wrong size. Even though it was their mistake, I was charged $10 to return them with no option for replacement. This wasn’t even an average rated experience. Poor customer service, poor quality all around. Will never shop here again, I’d rather wear $22 jeans from Walmart. If you value the money you earn, avoid this clown show at all cost.

Avoid Sheplers.com like the plague, and not just any plague , a plague that scorches your skin causes your hair to fall out and your brain to melt! Yes , I kid you not it really is that bad. Do not order from them unless you like writing back and forth via email for days to rude customer service reps because you’re order which stated it would ship “next business day” has still not shipped over a week later. Prepare for false tracking numbers , lame excuses, pointing fingers basically calling you ignorant , waiting weeks on your order to arrive, and not being able to return it without paying return shipping and a restocking fee. The first year I ordered from them I ordered show wear for my daughter for our fair it was delayed 3 weeks and arrived after our fair, not due to a postal delay due to a shipping delay. I offered grace and gave them a second chance this year and I’m in the exact same situation. It will again arrive after our fair. Lesson learned. I’ve been told it shipped on the 1st and the 5th and they have provided multiple tracking numbers that are invalid. I called the shipping company and they said the items have never been dropped off and that the labels were just created. I would highly recommend staying away from Sheplers.com and any website associated to them.

customer service was absolutely rude about my order.
I needed a refund due to the fact, on the website the hat was 40.00; turns out it's 87.99. the lady while on the phone with customer service deserves to be fired.

I ordered three items. A white Western shirt $24.99
And two pairs of jeans $39.99.
When I received the items the shirt had $19.99 on the price tag and each of the jeans had $25.99 on the price tags. When I called to tell them the response was " we send items from our store and no we don't price guarantee"
I will never buy from them again!

I've shopped sheplers in the past ,years ago. It use to stand for quality, and customer satisfaction. I ordered a jacket, a 4xl because of the times and everything is made over seas. It took a while before it shipped.after I recieved it, This jacket was 2 to 3 inches longer than my arms and the body was cut for an anorexic orangutan. They are soaking $10 return fee for shotty craftsmanship. I wear a 2xlt carhardt or 3xl if I want a hoodie underneath for layers.

Ordered a pair of boots and when they arrived they had already been worn. Returned them for a replacement. The supervisor was ugly on the phone and said they would send out a replacement. They resent the already worn boots (the pair I returned). Ridiculous. Sent used boots, when returned they were grumpy about it, then they resent the used boots. Don’t purchase anything from these people.
