DO NOT ORDER!! TERRIBLE QUALITY AND NOT LIKE THE PICTURE EVEN KINDA!! No actual return options other than 50% off the order, but then they never give you the money back. Ugh!!

Ordered dress, very thin and not as pictured. Contacted twice to return and never heard back!! Rip off

It Zero stars basically. Never ever shop with them. I’m trying to get my money back but it’s all in vain. They are just answering, that items you purchased are very popular, don’t you consider leave them and we will give you 60% of your order back… why should I leave items which are without labels, of poor quality materials and run small. The return policy is terrible. You’ll never know the adress where you can return items… it should not be like that!!!!

Terrible quality nothing like the picture, and no where to return to so out of pocket, do not buy here

I recently placed an order with them but after reading customer reviews decided to cancel my order and they refunded my money quickly and without any hassle.

The dresses that I order are garbage . I email them twice regarding their return policy until now no one reply. The dresses look good in their website but in person they are all garbage . Its better to buy from walmart than this website.
Am just being honest , so please do not buy from this site at all.

Un asco! JAMAS COMPREN EN ESTA PAGINA ! Pedi un vestido que en la foto se veia super lindo. Me arriesgué a comprarlo ! Cuando llego mi pedido casi me muero me enviaron un modelo totalmente diferente y fuera de eso en mal estado con todas las costuras sin terminar ! Es pesimo pesimo comprar aqui ! He solicitado a traves de correo electrónico el reembolso vamos a ver con que me sale esta gente !

I ordered two dresses from Shepicker. The first one came in and was too big and had unfinished edges. I emailed them and asked to return it. They responded by offering 50% off. I explained that I did not want it and they then offered 70% off and asked that I send them a picture of the item, (not sure why). They also asked if I would pay for shipping. During our back and forth emails the second dress came in and it was supposed to be denim. It was not! It was cheap cotton and ill-fitting. So I took a picture of both dresses and asked that I be refunded my entire amount and that I didn't think I should have to pay for shipping. I asked if they could they please let me know our next steps and send me a return label. I haven't heard back from them. I appreciate that they offered a discount, but as I stated to them if the items don't fit and were not as advertised, and I don't want them, I should be able to get a refund. I would not recommend this company.

My items didn’t look good on me . They tried to offer me 40% of my cost I said no I want a full refund . Now they have offered me 50% and told me to keep clothes because it’s a hassle to return . How do I get my money back . What a rip off company . One lady said she called her credit card company.

I placed an order on Tuesday, it is now Friday and I have not received a single notification on whether my order has been dispatched and/or getting ready to be delivered. I have emailed shepicker twice, to no avail.. Terrible customer service! I also paid for express delivery, I am not happy!! How do you run an online business and not bloody reply to customers or get back to them in a timely manner!! At this point, I just want a refund and I will NOT be recommending this site to anyone!!!

Received my order today absolutely rubbish quality nothing like the picture waste of money

The clothing was awful quality and have an unreliable customer service. When I tried to return my items they kept on giving me discounts instead and told me it would be "too troublesome" to return my items.luckily I got a refund because I contacted my credit card company. DO NOT buy from Shepicker.com!!
