I ordered from Shekou in June 2022, which means it's been almost a year since I placed my order. I received an order confirmation, but nothing else. Two months later, I still hadn't received any further information about my order, so I sent them an email, and they responded that it just takes a little extra time with pre-orders. In February 2023, eight months later, I sent them another email about the situation, and I got back, "Unfortunately, our manufacturing company are facing some delays with producing some pre order items within their estimated timeframe. Our team do expect these items to be restocked within the next couple of weeks!" Now it's almost May 2023, and I still haven't heard anything else. I now see on their website that the bikinis I ordered are no longer available.

I ordered a pair of up in the air pants early august of 2022 and now it is entering may of 2023 and they have still not arrived i’ve tried contacting the company many times and no response, Shekou is a scam site with no refund policy.

I placed 2 order at the end of 2021 and one at the start of 2022 in hopes they would come before my vacation i had planned. however i never received either parcels over a year on. wasted over £100 of my hard earned money. total SCAM don’t bother buying from them

This is a huge scam. I ordered something almost one and a half years ago and it still hasn’t come in. I sent multiple emails and they keep saying “it will come in shortly”.

This is a SCAM!!! I never received my order! They never answer on E-Mails!

Just thought I'd share how a managed to get a refund back from this terrible business after almost a year from placing my pre-order. Although their "pre-order policy" claimed that they did not issue refunds (which by the way is no longer anywhere on their site...), it is illegal for business to deny a request for refund if they have failed to actually provide the service in the first place. i.e they can only deny refund for change of minds, but cannot deny refunds if they haven't even sent you the clothes at all. This is highlighted under the Australian and New Zealander consumer laws.

After many back and forth emails, I just told them that my lawyer and I would like a copy of their "pre-order policy" since it was gone from the site, and re-iterated the information above. They sent me a refund the next day. Hope this helps!

Placed order over a month ago and still hasn’t even shipped, they keep telling me their working on it but that’s a lie, when I finally asked for a refund of course they don’t respond, it’s a complete scam.

Love my pants so much! Such great quality and price. Customer help was fast and informative. Will definately shop here again!

Would give it 0 stars if I could, such a scam, have been waiting a year and 2 months for an item, they also provided me with a tracking number and the delivery company confirmed to me that this is a fake tracking number, lying scammers don’t ever buy anything

Awful seller, I ordered clothes for €80 and have never received anything, they wont respond to my mails anymore. Do not buy your clothes there!

I ordered some items almost 5 months ago. Never received anything. They refuse to refund my money back. I absolutely not recommend this seller.

Jeg bestilte min pakke den 19 marts 2022 og idag har vi den 8. april 2023. Min pakke er ikke kommet endnu og der er gået over et år. Jeg har taget kontakt flere gange, men har ikke fået andet end tomme løfter. LAD VÆR med at købe fra denne hjemmeside, får du får højst sandsynligt ikke din pakke.

Still awaiting the items my daughter wanted and ordered 11 months ago, they have Stopped responding to my emails and refused a refund. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from these scammers. A$$holes

Jag förbeställde kläder i juli 2022, som skulle levereras i oktober. Jag har haft svårt att få svar från kundservice, och varje gång de svarat sa de att det är försenat men på väg. Nu (i april 2023) skrev jag och sa att jag vill ha pengarna tillbaka, men får inte det då det strider mot deras refund policy. Katstrofalt dåligt, beställ inget från detta företag!!

The main item ordered was not available, even though it said it was on the website. Full postage was still charged from New Zealand to Australia for a much smaller and less significant item. Offers to help from the company to resolve this were minimal and inappropriate. Would not recommend this company.

I placed an order in early December 2022. Still not received. As many have said, I’ve written to them numerous times- then waited ages for a reply which merely says they can’t refund. I fully intend to make sure everyone knows what an appalling company this is. Do not order from them!

Ja nichts kaufen!!!! Ware vor 8 Monaten bestellt und nie erhalten. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme habe ich auch das Geld nicht zurückerhalten.
