I never received my parcel or a response to any communication querying the status of my order. I had to lodge a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I think it’s a scam website, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I think its been almost 2 years since i ordered, ( oct/nov 2021/2022)never got a package. My advise is; look for a better site don’t waste money on this one.

Stole my money. Ordered a package almost a year ago. Disgraceful. Biggest scam. NO ONE ORDER FROM HERE

Disgrace! Ordered June 2022 and still nothing. Wondering if I can report them to police locally given so many people have had their money stolen?

If I could give it a zero I would. My emails have been going ignored and I've been waiting for a refund for almost 2 years. Do not order from them.

Never got my package. Never even got an email confirming my package. Wasted 70 bucks.

If I could rate this company I would give them less than 1 star. I placed my order in June of 2022 and their website said it would take longer due to covid-19….It is now february 2024. I have emailed them a number of times and I only received 2 delayed emails back in the first year stating they are “busy due to the influx of orders”. I have read other peoples reviews and most if not all of the other reviews have similar experiences with these people. I would find it very pleasing to have this company sued and have the customers who had their money stolen reimbursed.

Well over a year and still no goods. Refused refund as goods were unavailable etc instead suggested we select from in stock items. Emails no longer responded to.
Be warned, this company is scamming people and NZ consumer affairs are useless.
Dont buy anything from this company or any New Zealand business. You have been warned.

My order arrived very fast! However two of the items had very off sizing and were shown differently on the site. I have contacted the company at least 6 times in the last month and have not had a response in regards to swapping these items for something else. I am very disappointed as the items I wanted to swap them for will probably be sold out by the time they reply if they ever do which is seeming unlikely to happen.
Would really appreciate if they would reply to me. Very very poor customer service.

slow shipping slow customer service overall bad experience first I ordered $200 worth of clothes nearly 3 years ago now I never got the items and a year later they wouldn't refund me my money instead gave me a $200 gift card. frustrating because the websites style of clothing and items have changed from then and I do not like anything anymore.

i ordered the same thing several times - none of them ever arrived. the customer service is VERY poor - i wrote many emails demanding details and no response came back. i haven’t even received a refund.

Never received order or communication beyond initial email that it would be late. They took the money when order was placed November 2022. Nothing one year later. It’s a scam website!

Inderdaad ik sluit mij aan bij vorige reviews, slecht bedrijf met schandalige klantenservice. Spullen Besteld november 2022! Nu een jaar geleden.
Vele malen gemaild en af en toe contact waarbij medewerkers uitleggen dat er vertraging is in het productieproces,(?) je bestelt namelijk pre-orders (dat hadden wij niet door) blijkbaar moeten die items allemaal nog geproduceerd worden….toen refund aangevraagd daar is in april ‘ja’ op geantwoord maar nooit meer wat gehoord. 170€ kwijt!!

Ik zou deze melding ook bij Kassa npo, Tros, willen doen, samen met anderen.

No communication about my order being wrong, it arrived damaged and SO SMALL I ordered an XL and this looks like it would fit a size small or X SMALL.

placed an order three years ago(!!!), never received anything. they also don't want to give my money back. Customer service is terrible.
They are scammers and they steal your money without sending the stuff you paid for.
