I orders a SINGLE pair of pants about 8 months ago and it hasn’t even been sent out yet. would not recommend buying from this place if you ever want to actually receive your package

Ordered multiple items back in March 2022 that still have not arrived, receieved correspondance back in August to say items were expected to be restocked in next couple of weeks but still no sign and no further update or refund

My daughter ordered some swimsuits in April of 2022, and we never received them. We have tried to get some kind of response, but they ignore all communication. Mistakes happen, but when they actively refuse to correct them, it's systematic theft. They need to be shut down immediately.

Order has not arrived even though it was ordered and paid for 20 weeks ago. No reply to emails the past month, refused to offer refund. Scam!!

Fraud. Have been waiting for nine months for ordered and paid goods. The company refuses a refund and is now offering other items as compensation.

Still waiting on items I ordered mid august. I emailed them and they gave me a timeframe for when it would be delivered. I calculated the max amount of time and it would be 119 days. In two weeks it will have been that long. If it is not by my doorstep on that day I am contacting NZ’s dispute tribunal to file a complaint as they are violating the Consumer Rights Act. I suggest anyone else who has been scammed to do the same!! They will not stop unless there are multiple complaints. It is literally illegal what they are doing.

Ordered in March, still waiting for the products. Many, many emails to Shekou later and still nothing. I’ve tried to go through my credit card company for a refund, but the store claim it’s delays due to covid so my credit company won’t refund me either as they say I have to wait for delivery. I’m stuck in a cycle and Shekou continue to lie about their deliveries. Do not give them even more of your money to join the queue of pain!! Avoid at all costs, absolute scammers.

Worth the wait. V long shipping times but again, worth the wait. Will be buying more stuff and telling others

Absolutely shocking service from a Company. I ordered items for my daughter on 3rd June for her birthday later that month. To this date, 30th Nov I still haven't received the items. They are horrendous for replying back to emails and I've now been told numerous times that items are still in the warehouse ready to ship!!!! Originally I was told they only made the items after purchase! Seriously?! How Company's can get away with this is beyond me. Latest email was to offer me a goodwill payment for what I spent. Don't imagine I'll see that money again. Please avoid this company and don't give them your money!

Bought a pair of sweatpants in January 2022, now we have almost december and I still havent received my order! I've called and e-mailed to the customer service almost ten times. Most of the time they are quite quick with responding but they always come up with an excuse and when I asked where exactly my parcel is, the answer was always differet. Sometimes still in factory, sometimes they told me its already on the plane, etc. Quite sure that this company is a scam and they hire people only to respond to customer complaints with stupid explanation without answering their questions or coming up with solutions! WIll never buy again from this company and I dont recommend anyone this company! Rather buy somewhere else and pay a few bucks more but at least you can be sure that you will receive the parcel you paid for.

I never got my package, it wasn’t even shipped. It’s been 5 months.

I bought three items, one was gorgeous but the other two looked quite different to the images on the website, and one of the items was definitely deliberately misleading. Also, the sizing was very inconsistent between two very similar styles that had completely different sizes. Fast shipping.

I’d put a lower rate if i could. I ordered some cargo pants in July and its now almost December. I’ve left multiple emails complaining but they just either ignore them or come back with excuses. They say they are experiencing covid19 delays which is no excuse anymore. I just want my money back! This shop should be reported and taken care of!!

I will be filing fraud and criminal charges with my bank.

Do not buy from this company. I have never experienced such bad customer service with a shop. I ordered a large amount of clothes in May and still have not received them and it is almost December. After sending numerous emails asking for updates I have only received automated emails which do not acknowledge any of my questions. I have had to resort to filing a charge back with my bank as I don't see there being any chance of receiving my items or a refund. If you have ordered from them and experienced something similar I recommend reading the article from the NZ Consumer titled 'Clothing store Shekou risks misleading shoppers about refund rights'
which helped me know what steps to take next. If I could give 0 stars I would, super disappointing.
