I lost an earring and contacted Sheila fleet jewellery. They provided me with address and I sent my single earring to them, they made a completely new earring to match and returned to me within 2 weeks. Excellent service. I love their jewellery.
I purchased a pair of earrings for my wife about 10 years ago. One of the studs broke, and my local jeweller said he couldn't repair them. I emailed Sheila Fleet and asked for advice. They immediately came back and said to send them back and they would repair them FOC. I got them back today all repaired and cleaned. What amazing customer service.
We bought my engagement and wedding rings in October 2014. Gorgeous. Unfortunately having recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my fingers my rings became increasingly uncomfortable. I contacted Sheila Fleet customer service. They were amazing, my rings were resized at their workshop and returned looking like the day I bought them. They maintained communication throughout and their customer service was second to none. A fantastic experience.
I cannot praise this company highly enough. I ordered from them but my jewellery failed to arrive after the due date had passed. When I contacted them on the phone, they were so kind and helpful and immediately offered to send me a replacement, no quibble. It arrived within two days. Such lovely people and the necklace is beautiful! Thank you so much.
