I’m on my 3rd pair of slippers
I’m on my 3rd pair of slippers, I love them, live in them, toasty in winter but never sweaty. Wouldn’t have any others. And recently bought a sheepskin rug for a bathroom, so lovely under bare foot.

Sheepskin boot liners
Easy to cut to size and fit. Fabulously warm. I managed with these and just one pair of socks in the Baltic.

It’s such a nice feeling when they arrive and are just what you hoped for, warm, comfortable and something you’ll reach for every day.

'Toastie' feet
What a pleasure to have a real live person answer the phone after just a few rings and all without having to press 'numbers'. The staff are extremely helpful and service is brilliant. In my opinion Sheepland slippers are the very best, so snug, warm and most importantly - well made. They are definitely far superior to other 'top brands' I have purchased in the past . 10 out of 10.

Thank you so much for such a kind review, and please forgive the slow reply.
I had a little smile reading this, as I know exactly what you mean with the phone, I am so fed up pressing four hundred buttons before I am connected to someone too! You'll be pleased to know, we're not planning on implementing a new phone system for the foreseeable future, so we'll be happy to chat to you whenever you need any new sheepskin goodies.
It’s also lovely to hear how much you’re enjoying the slippers. Snug, warm and well made is exactly what we aim for, so it means a great deal to hear that they’ve stood out compared to others you’ve tried.
We’re a small team here, so feedback like this really does mean a lot to us all. Sheepland is my own family business, so I cannot tell you how truly grateful I am for your support.
Thank you again and I hope your feet stay nice and ‘toastie’!

Unbelievably Copasetic
My feet had become really painful due to a combination of the cold/poor blood supply/age related degradation of the fat pads. I bought a pair of Sheepland's sheepskin boots and immediately noticed a difference: Seriously, I do mean immediately! Over a period of 4-5 days my feet have regained their normal degree of feeling and all sense of pain has abated, presumably due to the improved insulation afforded by the new boots which I now wear around the house most of the time.

John,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this, and apologies for my delay in replying!
I can't tell you how pleased I am to hear the difference the boots have made for you, especially so quickly. That must have been such a relief! Sheepskin really does have the most magical temperature regulating properties, not to mention incredible warmth, so it’s wonderful to hear they’ve helped bring some comfort back.
We’ve been working with sheepskin since 1986, and I could happily talk the hind leg off a donkey about the benefits of it, so it’s genuinely lovely to hear you’ve experienced those benefits first hand.
It means such a lot to us to know they’re making a real difference day to day, not just something nice to wear, but something that actually helps.
Thank you again for your kind words and for choosing us, it truly means everything.

Brilliant service - Wonderful product
The service at Sheepland is absolutely first class, and the product absolutely wonderful. A pair of sheepskin slippers, warm, cosy, comfortable, beautiful. Laura and Zoe were incredibly helpful, really went out of their way to ensure that I'd get them. I wear a small size 4. Sheepland didn't offer the slippers I wanted in my size, but they made them for me nonetheless. I call this good old fashioned, excellent service you don't get anymore. And the slippers are a really great product. I couldn't recommend this Company more, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I would say to others, don't think twice about placing an order with them when you need good footwear. They certainly have a new customer for life, with me.

Thank you so much! I spotted your name when I read this review and immediately remembered you. I am so so pleased you loved the Luxe Boot, it was a pleasure to make a super special pair for you. I just wished I'd seen this sooner, please forgive my delay in replying.
Your words are exactly what I needed to read this morning, so thank you. The whole team work so hard, and for me, it makes all the long winter evenings and weekend working worthwhile. I’ve shared this with Zoe as well, she’ll be just as chuffed.
Thank you again for your support and for such a thoughtful review Bella. It really does mean the world.

Great quality, customer service & makes a fab gift!
Wanted to leave a review as Sheepland were so helpful with exchanging my slippers when the ones I ordered for my brother’s Xmas present were a bit small. Also the slippers are clearly great quality, I love that they’re handmade, & clearly with care & attention. Love to support small businesses ❤️
Shoutout to Zoe, thanks for the help! :)

Thank you so much for such a kind review Liv, and I’m just sorry I’ve taken until now to see it.
I’m so pleased we could help get the exchange sorted, especially with it being a Christmas gift, that always adds a bit of pressure when sizes aren’t quite right. I’m glad it all came together in the end and that they were worth the wait!
It’s also lovely to hear your thoughts on the slippers themselves. Even though we're been making Slippers since 1986, we still love a good compliment every now and again.
Plus, thank you for mentioning Zoe as well, I’ll make sure she sees this, she’ll be really chuffed.
We truly appreciate you choosing to support my family business, it really does make a difference to us.

Incredible company with the best customer service!
Incredible company!! Bought a pair of sheepskin boots - most comfortable boots I've ever bought! Amazing! Emailed about a query about boot protector spray and I received a phone call from Laura very helpfully talking me through different sprays to use, where to buy them, how to use them and how they can protect the boot - even though the company would not financially benefit from this. Truly outstanding and old school customer service. The best boots with the best customer service! Thank you Laura and team! Rory

We’re just a small family set-up here in Somerset, so messages like this truly mean the world to us and keep us going.

Great Product & Great Service
I ordered my new slippers immediately before Christmas, knowing there would be delays due to the Christmas and New Year holidays.
My order was promptly acknowledged. It seems that the company was only open for one day between the two holidays, but they despatched my order on that Monday, 29th December and my slippers arrived on December 31st. Brilliant service.
My new slippers are wonderful. "Scuffs" - warm, cosy and extremely comfortable. Highly recommended.
