It's taken me years to actually get to starting and completing this workshop, due to a busy life, a busier schedule, and being too afraid to fully commit. Once I sat down and decided to just do it, it was an amazing experience! I can't wait to keep learning with SheCodes now that I know just how much I'm capable of.

This workshop was really helpful and informative, the content was so easy to follow and understand. All the videos were so clear and enjoyable while learning.

I really enjoyed discovering a whole new world I always wondered about. It wasn't without its challenges, but the feeling of getting to the end of the course is fantastic! Great support all the way through and classes that are very informative and interesting. Thank you SheCodes, the founder and all of the team.

Before starting, I had almost no coding experience apart from occasionally working with developers and hearing technical terms at work. My goal wasn’t to become a developer, but to better understand how developers think and communicate, improve collaboration, and gain a stronger foundation when discussing features or reporting issues. While I still have a lot to learn, the workshop was a motivating first step that helped me understand the basics and made coding feel much less intimidating. 👍

I’m not a particularly fast learner, and I often went back to rewatch videos or review previous lessons. However, the course was structured in a way that allowed me to keep up and gradually build up knowledge. Kudos to Matt - he's a great teacher who explains concepts clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner. The short video lessons and well-structured weekly modules never felt overwhelming.✨

One of my favorite aspects of the workshop were the mini-assignments after most lessons. They encouraged me to actively actively use what I had just learned instead of only watching videos.

While I still need to look up many things, I now have a much better understanding of the fundamentals and feel motivated to continue my SheCodes journey. 🙌

When I started to coded with The SheCodes courses, I was very curious, but also a little nervous because the world of programming seemed huge and complicated. However, from the very first lessons, I discovered a clear, practical, and friendly learning method that allowed me to progress step by step. Throughout this journey, I not only learned technical concepts such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the fundamentals of web development, I also gained a deeper understanding of how everything works together in real-world situations. As I progressed through the lessons, I started looking at websites from a completely different perspective: I could analyze their structure, understand how HTML, CSS, and JavaScript interact simultaneously, and appreciate the logic behind what I used to see as just a functioning webpage. What makes me happiest about this experience is realizing that, with dedication and consistency, it is possible to learn something that once seemed so challenging. Every challenge I completed and every project I built felt like a small victory that motivated me to keep learning and growing. I am incredibly grateful to the entire SheCodes team for this opportunity and for inspiring me to continue exploring the world of technology. This experience has given me the confidence to keep learning!!

Programming was a pending milestone in my life, and I'm so happy to have achieved it thanks to the scholarship that the SheCodes Foundation and Kuña Tech kindly provided to me. Thank you for the lessons, Matt! They were very enjoyable. It's so interesting to see how websites are built on the backend and frontend, layer by layer. I am excited to keep building more projects.

I had a truly great experience using SheCodes. I found the content to be interesting and engaging and the instruction to be warm, inspiring, and motivating!

Before joining SheCodes and exploring more coding resources, I often struggled to fully understand and retain what I was learning. I would go through tutorials, but I didn’t always feel confident applying what I had learned on my own. Starting SheCodes and using additional learning materials, things have really changed for me. The lessons are structured in a way that makes coding easier to understand step by step. I’ve been able to revisit topics, practice more consistently, and actually build small projects that help me see my progress.

I had no experience with coding. SheCodes helped me learn how to code, now I can create my own wed pages. I have learnt how websites work. The learning process was simple yet fun. The instructions were clear,I highly recommend SheCodes.

I started the Basics workshop nervous, anxious and wondering if I will make it but through Matt's simplified lessons, I slowly started to understand the content. I made it to the end, submitted my first project and all thanks to Matt, for being a good instructor and daily motivator😊.

Joining SheCodes has been an amazing experience for me as an aspiring Software Developer. Through the workshops, I’ve strengthened my skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and problem-solving while building real projects from scratch. What I appreciate most is how beginner-friendly and encouraging the learning environment is. The lessons are practical, easy to follow, and helped me gain confidence in writing and understanding code. SheCodes has motivated me to keep growing as a developer and explore new areas in software engineering. I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn, create, and challenge myself every day.

Before I joined shecodes..I had an idea of coding however I would not be able to finish a page without googling or checking through some sites however, I now fully understand most elements and can code off head that to in just minutes unlike before where I would take hours trying to perfect a page. Thanks Matt for making coding more fun and simpler! yay🥰

Coding is really fun! I loved the basic workshop. Although sometimes it took me a while to understand and practice, watching the lessons and doing the homework was always a great and interesting challenge.

I have enjoyed learning on this platform as the videos are easy to follow and the challenges and homework require you to apply what you have learned. The challenges can indeed be challenging as there are sometimes pieces that need to be done that were not described in the examples. Because of this, it can be frustrating at times to complete the challenges independently as you have to rely on a search engine to try to find answers for how to code what is being asked and unfortunately some of the “answers” you find are not beginner friendly. Luckily, there is no pressure to have the challenge be completed 100% so you can review the solution then go back to re-work your solution. The team is responsive when issues arise which has helped me in a few occasions so it’s nice to know that there are actual humans to assist and not just an AI tool that is not reliable. I’m looking forward to completing my bootcamp and hopefully getting my foot in the door afterwards as I start a new career path.

Before joining SheCodes, I always believed coding was something only people who were strong in math could do. That idea held me back for a long time. SheCodes completely changed that for me. The way the lessons are structured made coding feel approachable, practical, and even enjoyable. I realized it’s more about logic, creativity, and consistency than complicated math. Through this program, I’ve gained confidence in my ability to learn and build, and I’m excited about the journey ahead.
