I have never been more frustrated or disappointed with a purchase. It would not stay connected to WiFi, had constant errors (clean the lens) even when new and the dust cup was incredibly small and ha... Näytä lisää

Alustan luotettavuuden varmistamiseksi kaikkien arvostelujen – varmennettujen ja varmentamattomien – on läpäistävä automaattinen seulonta, joka on käynnissä kellon ympäri. Got a shark entry level robot vac
Got a shark entry level robot vac, not 3 months later the blower or fan motor stop running. It worked very well when it was working…

The Order was fine
Despite Corona, the products arrived quickly and undamaged in relation to my place of residence. I ordered two jigsaw puzzles, one of which, unfortunately, was missing a piece. I reported this and received a reply within 24 hours. I would have had the product replaced, but unfortunately it was no longer in stock. I was then immediately informed by e-mail that I would be reimbursed the costs. I understand, of course, that the company itself is not really to blame for the “defective” goods (such circumstances also occur with larger companies). The products themselves were however exactly as described and also the quality is good. The customer service was friendly, fast and helpful. Nothing to complain about so far.
