Sharkpixel Arvostelua

I initially had trouble accessing the tutorial that I paid for. I contacted the support team and the problem was easily corrected. I am very happy with the tutorials. They are informative and easy to follow.

Great response from the support team in solving a problem with online videos, a special mention goes to Laura, thanks again for helping me.

Great products and fabulous customer service!

Had to troubleshoot an Adobe glitch and the team was super helpful!

I just completed your Sharkpixel PHOTOSHOP AI MASTERCLASS, and it was the best $27 I've ever spent in a long time. In my business - motion picture art direction - I've seen a lot of cheesy generative AI come out lately, which made me really reluctant to download the new Photoshop Beta. That's all changed as of yesterday! In this course, you've so clearly explained how to harness the creative potential of the Generative Fill Layer, with great advice on workarounds, and two really fun photo composite projects that clearly (and often humorously!) show us how to intelligently navigate though the prompts. I'm so happy that you've structured everything along the same old-school lines of Photoshop layers & masks - same discipline, great new tool. Your course is really thorough - yet concise - once I completed Over Lensed, I already had enough of a foundation to confidently jump into a few of my own composites. Ocean Adventure was a really good exercise in seeing how to rein-in the AI with all of those various puppy options that took their own unique directions with the prompts. Thank you so much! I've already recommended this course to two other colleagues.... Cheers!

Had great experience when needing assistance. Quick responses without having to wait a day or more for help. Very much appreciated.

Unusually quick responses and satisfaction resolution of issues is refreshing.

I have followed Kristina for years and have always been amazed at her cutting-edge expertise in whatever her hand touches. Recently, I made an error in an order but her support staff (Laura) came to the rescue and quickly rectified the issue. Thanks for continuing to set the bar high for professional photographer education and customer service!

Directions are well written, the on line help is very responsive and helpful. So far all of the things in the package work perfectly and ar easy to follow.

Excellent customer service! Plus, these products really do work very well as indicated :)

I love it, my photos turned out from good to WOW, Kristina AI presets editing is an amazing editing tool especially when I need to show a quick representation at anytime and my photos look as retouched by a professional. Kristina instructional translate photoshop and Lightroom in a simple and easy way to understand with great detail and up to date. I cannot wait to finish up the entire package!!

Kristina Sherk has an instruction technique that is very easy to watch. Her explanations have allowed me to better understand portrait editing in Lightroom & Photoshop, even though the subject is/could be very technical and overwhelming. I have been a fan of Kristina for a while now and look forward to future instructions and products.

The customer service was first rate! Thank you so much!

I had some problems installing a product that I bought recently so contacted help with this. They were VERY quick to reply and Kristina was really helpful. I could fix my issue immediately so was really pleased. So fast and really helpful, awesome!!!

Being a subscriber is worth it! I got 50% off from an email blast and of course I took them up on it! <3 <3 <3

Loving the resources (overlays, brushes, etc...) and the lessons are incredible at full price, but at 50%, I'm ecstatic!

Very proactive in addressing concerns. Excellent respond time and very honest. The online training extremely helpful and the actions provided making photo editing very easier while saving time.

I had an unbelievably remarkable experience with Laura recently via emails. Not only was she professional and kind and courteous, but she was beyond fair. She not only accommodated my initial request, but she found an error on MY part, and righted it. She did not have to accommodate my request or have to find my error, but the fact that she did ... and without hesitation... is simply a remarkable gesture, no ... quality, yes quality that should be noted on her behalf. If customer service elsewhere could be even 50% of that which I received from Laura, then I could have faith once again in the future of our world. Thank you, Laura and Kristina ! Not only can others learn creative ideas, methods, and production from you, but more business people can learn incredible customer service delivery protocol from you, as well.

Initially, I had a problem after downloading an AI package, but Laura from Sharkpixel was extremely helpful and quickly sorted it out. I have now downloaded the Portrait AI package to Lightroom and look forward to using it.
