Quick respond...
Thanks for take care

Ms. Laura solved my case quickly and gave additional information to help.

Crazy quick response for small issue, even during the holiday season! I also love Kristina and the way she teaches. She makes my life so much easier in lightroom and photoshop!

Been using Shsrkpixel’s actions, creations for over 10 years. They are well researched and do get the job done. Sharkpixel keeps up to date with the technology advancements. If you need support, you actually get it. Response time is quick.

I summited for some assistance in the morning and in the afternoon, I received the results of my inquiry. I was surprised with the timely response and the friendly message from Laura.

Top products en super service!

I am on a email list for SharkPixel; which is the website for Kristina Sherk, a retouching beauty expert using Lightroom Classic & Photoshop. Recently I received an email offering s series of tutorials on Masking & Extractions for a excellent sale price. I had a question or two regarding the offer and I quickly received those answers from Laura who works for Kristina Sherk. Because of the quick respond I did purchase the product.

The staff was very prompt in answering my request. They were helpful and very understanding. I appreciate them.

My computer refused to let me access your website to retrieve the free PDF from your class. You very kindly sent me the file I needed. Thanks so much!

Great and timely service. Resolved my concerns and were great with my concerns and helped me fix my confusion.

Thanks for the quick responses. I was able to figure out my problem. It likely had something to do with the type of monitor I'm using. And it only played if I changed the resolution of the lesson video.

I had a question about my purchase, they answered very quickly and solved my problem excellently. I am very satisfied with the service and the purchase. Definitely recommended!

The 4th email message out of all of them I received was the MOST helpful. The other ones I got before that just confused me and I was unable to get what I needed.

Thank you so much, Laura.

Kristina is an excellent tutor, some one who is easy to listen too and who passes on her knowledge in a way that is easy to absorb.
I recommend anyone who wants to learn Photoshop and the art of portrait photogarphy, I believe Kristina is the lady you need to follow.

From all the unpaid “teachers” i found on youtube, no one got me so focused as Kristina. Very understandable and clear.
I have been using photoshop since 2004 and never found out all the tricks K teaches!

I had accidentally purchased an item twice and after noticing this hiccup I immediately notified the Shark pixel team and they responded very quickly and they have begun the reimbursement. They were very nice and professional and definitely gave excellent customer service 👍

Thank you Kristina for the concise instructions on how to make a confusing process very SIMPLE to understand and apply to our own shots. Awesome work by you. 👍
