Could not find the spare part on their website but a request to their customer service dept provided the answer. Not sure why it was not on the website. Quick service and resonable cost for the parts.

This vacuum cleaner is great. It is well worth the price I paid for it and it arrived the following day. Excellent for pet hair and lifts the pile on the carpet.
Highly recommend this upright vacuum cleaner.

I was disappointed to receive 2 vacuums rather than 1 vacuum and 1 mop.
Spoke with Customer Service after third attempt they wanted me to call them back as his computer crashed.
I was then told I had to return the vacuum before they would send out the mop I ordered. Said I wasn’t happy to do this and was told that’s how it’s done. After some
Back and forth I escalated this and spoke to someone who said straightaway I’ll get the mop sent out today. Some common sense.
I received this the next day.

Fantastic delivery service, ordered pm and received tea time the next day. This shark hoover has slightly neater head than previous model but this means can access a couple of smaller areas without tools. I didn’t check which tools were included so ended up ordering an additional tool set. Hoover good quality as expected from shark. Deep suction which can be adjusted. Lift away great for stairs.

Fast delivery great hoover

i wanted to order a hoover but it was saying it couldnt happen as the delivery address was incorrect, it then took me ages to speak to someone who told me to try a different way and that still didnt work.

Just not as powerful as I expected. Used it twice on a carpet stain and both times it stopped after about 10mins as was either too hot or needed the filter emptying
