Shapessy Arvostelua

Sheena was very patient with me. She corrected a couple of issues, made what was wrong, right. Thanks for your kind representative.

On Jan 5 I placed an order with Shapessy and was calling to inquire if my order had been shipped. I signed up for text message alerts when the package was shipped but never received any notifications. I also sent an email to shapessy but did not receive a reply. So I called customer service and got an agent right away. Sheena was pleasant and gave me the information I was looking for. If I need anything else I will definitely call customer service. They even call back and leave a message.

I called to exchange as I got a size too big. Ms. Sheena was professional, friendly and made me one happy customer with my request. Waiting anxiously for my new and correct size. Thank you for your service.

I made a mistake and put my neighbors address as my shipping address, and they sent it back to the company, so I went to the post office and they stated, they will send it back as not accepted, after I called and spoke to Sheena, she was very helpful every step of the way. I am looking forward to receiving my waist belt.

I love how they are aware of everything and love their coustumer service as well 💗

This is the first time I shopped at shapessy. I am beyond impressed at the quality of the shareware and the customer service is the best; very helpful and understanding. Thank you for your owesome customer support!

I am writing because I do not see that my shipment has been sent, and I also do not see that I have received a refund of the money for the second item I canceled.

Customer service was great, Sheena ❤️ helped me with all my issues. Shapessy has great items, great prices, and great service. Thank you so much for all your help.

Sheena was outstanding. I ordered for the first time and made a mistake and bought 2 items different sizes. I called your number and got a recording not 1 min later Sheena called and fixed my order. Fantastic customer service it was a breath of fresh air. I will be buying more items and tell my girlfriends. Thank you Sheena

Sheena was a big help to me. I ordered a large by mistake should have ordered a medium. She fixed it right away and sent me a email.

There was an error in my ordering so I called and my experience was satisfying and courteous. I was told my order would be edited.. my account credited and an email was sent to me confirming this. Hopefully the end result will be as accurate as I was promised.

Great prices great products great customer service

I was a bit worried because USPS claimed that my package was delivered when it wasn’t but it wasn’t Shapessy fault because they have helped me so much. I eventually got my order a couple days after that incident and it’s good

She was very nice prompt fast and helpful and got everything done fast thank you

Sheena was absolutely awesome!! She responded in a timely manner and made sure everything was smooth with my return.

I had ordered the wrong size but they help me and contacted to me back quickly and fixed the problem.

Sheena was most helpful. She was courteous and knowledgeable and was easily able to provide a resolution.

Easy to shop for and easy to edit order! I ordered wrong color. It was easy to contacy company and change the color! Thanks so much!

It was great, so great I agreed to fifteen percent back instead of twenty but in the end it all worked out because of my quick thinking to save the promo code
