One month after order nothing received stay clear

My item has been on order for over 3 weeks and has still not arrived. I will never order from them again, total waste of time and their email does not seem to be working as I would like to send them a complaint. NEVER again.

When I received the dress I ordered it was far too small. As instructed on its website I sent an email to their customer service asking how to initiate a return and refund. It turns out you have to return the item to China at your own cost and you don’t get a full refund. For my £39 pound outlay I have been offered £17.49 refund and can keep the dress which is far too small!

I am very happy with the dress I received today..it is actually better than I expected it to be. The only small downside was the delivery seemed to take a long time so a little panic moment. However I am very satisfied and will no doubt shop again sometime.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before I ordered anything from Shapelily. As soon as I placed my order for 4 items they immediately emailed me to tell me that two of the products were no longer in stock. They suggested I find replacements which I did. The two items that were in stock arrived but were poor quality. I contacted them to start my return and they offered me 30% off replacements. But did not provide me with the process to return the items. Still waiting on my first two replacements. I emailed them to explain why I was dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise and the process of ordering and returning. They have not replied to me. They reply quickly when they are trying to get you to spend more but not for returns.
I believe the other people who have posted reviews are correct and that this ‘company’ is a scam.
The quality seems like ‘fast fashion’ and not good quality clothing that I am used to purchasing. There are no brand name labels or even Shapelily a label on the items. Only a size which reminds me of Temu -don’t order from them. Junk.
So overall, this company produces junk, their services are terrible. I will not ever order anything from this overpriced clothing website that sells poor quality items. Buyer beware!
Update: 5/21/26, I contacted the company again to return the two dresses. They first case back with a 45% credit to use on the website. I told them i wrote as review and contacted the BBB. Then they came back with a 75% credit to use towards purchasing more items. I still have not received any shipping or tracking information on the other two items that I chose because the other items were not in stock. Finally done with them and have reported them to my credit card and was issued a refund by my credit card and they have flagged the business as fraudulent.

Terrible! Sizing is so off and when you try to send it back you will have to pay to send it and only get a gift card or keep it and get 30% back! What an absolute SCAM
They e mail you with incentives to post positive reviews here and on TikTok etc

I love the Packers that it comes in. It was a fast delivery. I bought the nipple covers if you were wondering what I got from Shapelily . Try them out !

I ordered 3 bodysuits 4/02/26 have not received these items still upon this date. I am going to contact Shapelily but I decided to see what others were saying first and I see I am not the only one waiting for a purchase worth $125.96. Thank you and consumers beware.

I ordered 3 bodysuits in the middle of April and I have yet to receive them. What I did receive is an incorrect order of two tank tops. I reached out to customer service and asking about my order and how I can return the incorrect items. What I got was a couple of back and forth emails asking me to peel the label back to make sure it was incorrect. I sent multiple pictures and have asked where is my order? They said something got mixed up in shipping and sent my info to logistics and they would be in touch….
What kind of ridiculousness is this?!?
DO NOT BUY! You may as well just go to your local store or Amazon.
Horrible customer service. I will be reaching out to my bank next.

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered some shapewear about 2 months ago for wedding. The order went through wrong and was the wrong size. When I contacted customer service to try to have it fixed they said they couldn’t do anything until I’d received it. Fine. I waited and tried to return it when I received it (a month late by the way). They wouldn’t let me return it after I received it without paying more than I already had for the product in shipping, so the only other option was keep it and get store credit for the amount of the product. Not exactly what I was hoping for but I’ll get over it. I go to use the credit, it’s invalid. I email them AGAIN saying it doesn’t work. They respond telling me that the total amount of the purchase has to be more than the credit, not including shipping…..this “fine print” was not included in ANY of the original emails about the returns/exchanges. They only bothered to let me know after I’d agreed to it and tried to use it. All it is is just a scam into getting me to buy more stuff. But if I don’t? I’m out $40 of the original product anyway. So I found the cheapest thing they sell to add to the order. THEN I get yet ANOTHER email that that product isn’t even SOLD ANYMORE. They sent me a link to products I could exchange it for except there were no products on the link. After a long back and forth I finally just picked something that was close enough to just end it. Every version of this ordered was changed and messed up by this company and I’m the one who had to give them extra money for it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SHAPELILY.

I accidentally ordered two identical bodysuit five days apart and obviously wanted to return one of them. After endless backwards and forwards emails where Shapelily were extremely unhelpful and where Shapelily refused to give me their return address or to refund the full £29.99, offering only 30% refund or a gift card, I finally decided to use the gift card for another item. After confirming my order, they then sent me another email saying the item is out of stock. Here’s the clever bit!.. the bodysuit I wanted was free to me as I had the gift card but they still charged me £7 shipping!.. This is completely unfair and violates UK consumer rights. I demand an immediate refund of £36.99 or I will escalate through my bank and Citizens Advice.
