Don't fall for it. This is the worst company (if they really are ) to deal with. What you order and what you get are two different things. There is no customer service. You can email all you like they will never respond. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. I'm attempting to report them to Fair Trading . Not sure if it will help bring these scrupulous people down but it will put them in the bad business spotlight.

If I could give no stars I would. I spent a lot of money I could hardly afford and got 2 bras that were too small and came with extenders. No gel support, no wide back. I can buy from other sites for one quarter of the price. Sent a complaint but no answer. Way too expensive to return from my country. Feeling very sad and disappointed

1st they charged me extra money i should have been charged 59 dollars they took 89 dollars out of my account 2nd the 2 bras I bought are not good enough for the money . Temu you can but very similar bra's for 10 dollars each

I ordered for the shaperwear product on the 12/9/25 and paid for express delivery so that I can use it for a function on 12/13/25. The product didn't arrive as at 21st of December, 2025 so I instructed cash app not to continue with the payment for non performance and opened a dispute claim. Before then, I had written to shaperlady on 12/19/25 but no response. The only response was a random promotional email on 12/26/25 starting with "HI babe...." The product was delivered on 12/29/25 and was so not the same quality or size as advertised. I have been trying to return it to no avail. I need my refund back!

This is so disgusting
I brought 2 pairs of the butt lifting and tummy sucking leggings in black for almost 100 dollars as i paid for VIP express shipping,
It took them a month to get them to me and that’s not what the standard 15-20 day shipping says on the website.
They came with no labels or real clothes tags on them, they are completely see-through and very cheap quality which is not what is advertised clearly, there seams where they are connected are completely wrong and the size is completely off. I’ve tried emailing them multiple times for money and a refund and I’ve heard nothing. This is so wrong and why are we paying in American dollars if they are coming from china in foreign packaging with no labels on them and there’s no button or anything to get a refund.
This is the first time I’ve brought online as I was always scared of being scammed and this is proving my point.DO NOT TRUST PLACES LIKE THIS !

Didn’t like the bra at all. They gave me an option of returning but I would pay. They said their preferred option was me keep the bra and they give me back $5.00. What a joke! Never happened either. Dodgy business practices,

After waiting for 2 weeks, I received the wrong sized product. Also, size does not match the size chart. Not worth the price paid.

Never received my products spent $90 in September and I still don't have my order. Cancel this whole store they are stealing peoples money

Ordered a bra, which claimed to be suitable for larger cup sizes. It took a few weeks to arrive and was totally useless when it did turn up, nothing like the advert. I have emailed them several times to arrange a return but no reply. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THEM, MY EXPERIENCE SUGGESTS THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Ordered a dress, took a month to arrive. Was see through!! Asked for a return and my money back as it wasn’t acceptable and never received a response back to this day. Don’t recommend

Ordered smallest size dress that didn’t fit me and was completely see through (not like the picture). Got in touch for a return label to be sent to me, replied to my email only offering an exchange but if the smallest size dress didn’t fit me nothing else was going to. Completely ignored 6 emails afterwards so wasn’t able to return the dress and receive a refund.

Terrible communication. I received a dress from this company well over a month ago now, and upon receiving the item, I was disappointed by the quality and so I emailed them requesting a refund. I have sent numerous follow up emails asking them for a refund but I haven been continuously ignored.

I ordered a dress from them almost a month ago. When receiving it I realised the dress was poor quality and not as shown on the website. Got in touch via their email to kindly request a refund.
I was offered an exchange which I declined as I didn’t want any other products from them. They told me they would issue my refund but have since ignored my multiple emails a week since, asking why it still hasn’t been processed. They seem to purposely be ignoring me so that they can keep my money. Very poor quality items and very poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Avoid this company, dress arrived faulty asked for a refund and they’ve refused. They’re now ignoring my emails.

Avoid this website, ordered a dress which arrived faulty and material was cheap and see through. Requested a refund but they would only offer me an exchange which I refused. Luckily I have requested a charge back through my bank, but lesson learnt always read reviews first!

I, like everyone else on this page received the 5 in 1 hair tool which was faulty and was a present for my daughter
I’ve had absolutely no response to my email and now having read the reviews I’m not going to get one
Lesson learned for sure

I ordered the 5 in one hair product which is a dupe for Dyson…. DO NOT USE - IT IS DANGEROUS …
The plug doesn’t fit the overseas adapter and falls out when in use. This is not fit for purpose and when contacted re this they completely ignore you. I am on my 3rd email and still nothing.
I AM GOING TO CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS…. THEY CAN’T GET AWAY WITH THIS …

Stay away from this company. I bought the 5in1 hair tool! Awful and cheap, wanted to return but all emails ignored, when I looked closer (should of done prior to buying) they are using a Dyson air wrap to advertise how it works, all the reviews on the site are fake! AVOID
