The product is good but the delivery is worst. Since the address is little away from town, they didn’t deliver it to the mentioned address and asked us to pick it up in some office even though I paid the shipping fee.

I ordered a ready made dance saree
I ordered a ready made dance saree. But the store shipped a normal saree. So I returned the item back and I reordered for replacement. Iam still waiting for it. Iam not happy with their service. It was lot of effort for my parents to return the item back.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. The order is still not delivered. They keep saying customer asked for future delivery which is not true. Many attempts at contacting and we are not getting thru to the shipper at all.

Please inform about customs clearance costs
My sarees arrived on time, however, I'm concerned that I wasn't informed of the customs clearance fees at any point; as a foreigner, this was a considerable expense I hadn't planned for. In my country, it's illegal not to inform the customer of all shipping costs.

Your customer service is terrible. I did not receive an item and I was never refunded after the person I spoke to said I will receive a refund.

Only few set ranges around 8500 , others more than 10K , which is beyond the budget for middle class
