Absolutely love this sunscreen. Been using it for years. Won't use anything else - never failed me and no nasties.

Only used it for my face as the rest of my body is covered - it works beautifully. I have sensitive skin and it did not cause any breakouts and was highly moisturising. Was worn in 34degree heat in Europe so not tested elsewhere yet but loved out easy it is to carry around.

Good quality, kind to skin, sustainable and effective suncream, it also helped me to get a great tan! It's about SPF 25, so not the best for being out all day in really sunny conditions. But it does a great job, and a small top-up application of an SPF 50 works well for those crazy hot days. The oil foundation of the suncream, means that it lasts really well through the day. Definitely worth a try. P.s. with an extra thick application, this suncream can be used more like sunblock if required 👍🏻

Shade is amazing. It moisturises and keeps me safe from the sun. I wear it in combination with a chemical sunscreen while walking 6 + hours outside in the Mediterranean sun in summer, and as a really good protective barrier when it is winter and the wind and sun both want to mess with my face while I work It helps my friend's eczema. Does it make my face look white? Yes. I nevertheless think it’s great.

The product was ordered and delivered within days. The sun cream held up in this blistering heat every day.

Love love this natural sunscreen!! No nasty chemicals like the major brands out there being pushed!!! My kids are aged 10-2 and this sun shade keeps them protected from the harmful UV. Used it for over 6 years now and it has never failed me. Went to turkey in 32 degree heat also Spain.

Great product, great company. 4 ingredients, that’s it, instant protection, no waiting 20 mins. This is not a once a day sun cream, just employ common sense and re-apply when necessary. Everyone should use this, no chemicals, your skin loves it. Also a great after sun if you get caught out. It’s that good for you it’s edible.

Shade is my go-to when I'm either attending to my garden or relaxing at a cricket ground. I'm never without it. It feels blooming lovely on my skin and is brilliant on nettle rash and insect bites to soothe the irritation. Shade does exactly what it says on the tin. I used Shade for 18months touring Asia on a motorbike and it's saved my skin so many times. It's amazing for bites, and as an aftersun as well as a sunscreen. Incredible stuff. Off to India next month and it's literally one of those essentials that I wouldn't leave without now.

I've been using Shade for many years. I'm a 59-year-old blonde with fair skin. I initially used it for sun protection only i.e. on holiday and days with a high UV index, but i then also started using it daily on my face, and found it good enough to use as a protective moisturiser, cutting out other creams i was using. It also seems to work as an aftersun moisturiser, soothes insect bites and rashes, and also eczema (which i get on my elbow when i'm stressed)! It's my go-to for almost anything skin-related. It's astonishing how well it works. I love the 4-ingredient thing - it seems so simple you wonder why there aren't more of these on the market. It's not perfumed - i think the shea butter gives it a nutty scent - it's perhaps not for everyone, but it's subtle and i personally love it. There's a slight white cast for about 5 minutes after application, which i can live with. The best thing about it is how long one tin lasts! It's so concentrated that little goes a really long way.
I recently bought another tin, and it came with some extra information about how it works and generally how we should behave in the sun - full stop.
It's totally for me, i haven't used a chemical sunscreen in many years. It just feels right to be using something like this in this day and age - no plastic, simple effective formula, long lasting - it's as ethical and natural as you can possibly get.

Big tins for the holiday but the little tins are really convenient; you can keep them with you even if the day starts off a bit grey - you don't get caught without protection once you've left the house

It's also got the WD40 factor, buy it for the headline act but it has a lot of other uses e.g. it's a saviour when the insect bites get itchy!

An authentic company with a product that can be used on the skin without worrying as to what it may be doing as there are only 4 natural products. These products Shea Butter, Zinc, Coconut oil and Beeswax do not harm our seas, water or environment. I love this product, yes I have to warm it up to apply if it is a little cool, yes it can have a slight white cast, yes it smells natural but I have no adverse affects using it and I am protected. This product is excellent and as a content creator, on Instagram and Facebook, I am happy to promote it after I purchased it from my local health food store. I do not use any chemical laden, traditional sun creams nor do my family. This leaves no white cast and is super protective.

I was very impressed with this product, besides the fact that it works beautifully and blends really well, unlike other natural sunscreens.
I have recommended this to my family and friends, and they are saying the same.

Wanted a suncream without all the chemicals. Saw shade pop up that has just 4 ingredients, all natural, and not watered down. Love that it comes in a nifty little tin Instead of a bulky plastic bottle. Came quickly. Very happy with product and service.

I respect the effort in trying to minimise the number of ingredients.

Unfortunately I burnt a little
while wearing it, but the main downside was the smell, it absolutely stunk. I would describe the smell as funky olives and my girlfriend described it as an old boot smell.

It was meant to be a replacement for the badger mineral sunscreen I use as to get away from the plastic packaging and sunflower oil, but can’t be having my face smell like an funky olives or an old boot.

Quick delivery good service and information havent used product yet but glad its not full of toxic products which will be good for holidays this week

Worst cream I've ever used. Imagine rubbing sudocream all over you and leaving it white. Thats this cream. Not to mention I've never burned in my life and after using this I'm like an actual lobster as is my husband.
