It took about 27 days from placing the order online to the umbrella arriving at my rural NSW address, and I did have to follow up with both Shade Australia and the freight carrier to track its progress. That said, the umbrella itself is absolutely worth it—top quality materials, sturdy build, and exactly as described. It’s far superior to typical patio umbrellas from hardware stores. This is my second purchase over the past three years, and I’m really glad to see the product quality has remained consistent. The only area for improvement would be the logistics, as I experienced similar delays the first time as well

Hi John,
Thank you for taking the time to write us a thorough five star review based on your experience with us!
I'm sorry to hear that it took quite a while for your umbrella to get to you - our freight team really do their best to find reliable couriers across Australia but it sounds like we keep missing the mark in your area. However, I am glad to hear how happy you are with the quality of your new umbrella and find it to be exactly as described online!
Kind regards,
Alana
