I am extremely disappointed and alarmed…

I am extremely disappointed and alarmed by my recent experience with TrueBlueBet Casino.

I am not a new user — I have been playing on this platform for almost a year and have made multiple deposits. As a loyal and returning customer, I expected fair treatment and basic respect, not this kind of suspicious and unprofessional behavior.

I was trying to claim a birthday bonus and was told to deposit $100 first. I proceeded based on trust. However, after making the deposit, I was then asked to provide my identity document together with a photo of my face just to claim the bonus.

This is completely unacceptable. No legitimate casino requires such intrusive verification purely for a birthday bonus, especially after already taking a deposit. This raises serious concerns about the safety of my personal data and the true intention behind this request.

What makes this worse is that I have deposited many times over the past year without being asked for such information. Suddenly imposing this requirement only after taking my money is highly questionable and unfair.

I do not feel safe providing such sensitive personal details under these circumstances.

Therefore, I am clearly stating that I want a full refund of my $100 deposit. I do not agree to these conditions and I do not consent to submitting my personal identification for this purpose.

Please get your management to accelerate my case. I expect a prompt resolution and to receive at least a basic level of respect from your company.

If this matter is not resolved quickly, I will escalate further and continue to warn others about this experience.

To everyone else: please be extremely cautious before depositing or sharing any personal information on this platform.

Very disappointing and concerning experience.
