I purchased a Juki serger. The delivery was dispatched fast. It was well packaged when it arrived, and I appreciate that the machine was tested before it was sent. I've had it for a few weeks and it works beautifully. I bought it from sewshop.eu because it had the best price, even including the 40eur shipping to deliver this heavy serger from Italy to Portugal.

Très déçue de mon expérience d’achat.

J’ai commandé une machine à coudre à un prix élevé, et pourtant vous avez choisi un transporteur totalement incompétent (FedEx). La livraison a été annulée deux fois le jour même, alors que le colis était soi-disant "en cours de livraison" et "dans le camion" selon leur site.

Après avoir appelé leur service client et fixé une nouvelle date, rien n’a été respecté. Ils ont déplacé la livraison sans prévenir. 35 euros de frais pour un service aussi mauvais, c’est inacceptable.

Franchement, ce n’est pas sérieux de faire livrer un produit aussi cher avec une société aussi peu fiable. À ce stade, je ne sais même pas quand – ou si – je recevrai ma machine à coudre.

Il servizio di consegna è eccellente immediato preciso e sicuro .tutto arriva perfettamente imballato con sigilli e cure per il suo trasporto.ho comprato altre cose e si rivela sempre super corretto come pochi .prezzi imbattibili oltretutto .sempre disponibile anche per post assistenza..che dire .. provare per credere .

First of all delivery is so quick, it made it all the way from Italy to Finland in less than a week, wow. As soon as they received the order they rushed to ship to make sure the holiday the next day wouldn't delay it.

This is my second machine from the Sew Shop and I also had a good experience in the past, so I knew they'd be reliable. Communication with them is always easy, nice, personal and friendly. My machine came with a nice set of accessories but they were very kind and sent me a few extras. And that's how a store gets me 💜. I'm never buying from another store again, there's just no need.
