We are dealers and approved warranty agents for all major sewing machine brands; Bernina, Brother, Janome, Pfaff, Husqvarna, Juki and Babylock and also sell refurbished used machines. As well as carrying out servicing and repairs in our workshop, we are the only official warranty agent for Babylock in the UK. We sell online at www.sewingmachineworld.co.uk and offer Free Delivery on all machines, with our unique return to base warranty terms. Our friendly team have the knowledge to help you find the perfect machine, or with trouble shooting should problems occur. We also offer one to one tuition on all new machines purchased in store. We have engineers on site and experienced product specialists on hand to guide you from the first enquiry, through to a hassle free after service.

Excellent customer service
Bought a refurbished second hand sewing machine. It was damaged in transit; the customer service response was quick, the machine was picked up, repaired and returned without any hassle. Excellent service would use again.

Great customer service
I was asked what I wanted from a sewing machine and my priorities were what informed the choices I was suggested. I had the chance to test drive the machines with no pressure and make my own mind up. I went home and looked at reviews and ordered on line which was easy and the machine was delivered to my home.
