Well made and great customer service
We are really pleased with with Morris & Co blind. The fabric was tricky to deal with due to the pattern not being straight on the fabric. The team took the time to explain it to us, taking photos and checking we were happy. We asked them to go ahead and the result was excellent. The blind has been made to compensate for the fabric not being entirely straight. Beautiful. Sewing house was also the only place we could find with an antique brass chain. Thank you team.

Perfect Compliment
What can I say, we knew what we wanted and sewinghouse delivered. The cushions are perfect and they compliment our Orla Kiely oil cloth tablecloth perfectly. They have really brought the room together.

When you initially returned the curtains, you kindly mentioned in your note that they were beautifully made but unfortunately the size was incorrect. As you know, the size was entered and paid for by yourself at the time of order. We also send out 2 confirmation emails so that all details can be double checked before we get started on making any products. As a small business, we take pride in offering bespoke items made to our customers exact specifications. Unfortunately, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, we are unable to accept refunds or replacements if the sizes provided by yourself were incorrect. That said, we completely understand that mistakes happen and as a gesture of goodwill we offered you a 50% refund to try and help out. What a welcome change - a business that takes service seriously. So easy to deal with and you are not waiting days or weeks for someone to respond - I found their follow up efficient and thoughtful. We used another company for some blinds and the pull cords are so short you have to get on a ladder to use them!

Blinds look great
Blinds look great, one star down due to the delivery was later than expected and pretty based about with minor damage to actual Blinds whi h we've covered with a bit of wood dye as sending back would be hasselt and didn't want to wait any more. This was a courier issue not the sowing house.

Fantastic range of materials to choose from. You made the measuring really easy and you told me exactly how long everything would take. You sent me free samples of fabric and when the curtains arrived they were fabulous exactly what I wanted. Great job all round, I would definitely use you again.
