Great service from the gentleman on property management highly recommend their fast and efficient service.

I've recently had the pleasure of interacting with James Dunn to sort out my move and tenancy. Every step of the way he has been quick and helpful when it comes to all my queries. Made the whole process easy and painless really.

Laura personally made sure I got the help I needed when I was struggling with all the on line issues (due to me not being tech savvy) I got there in the end sorting my tenancy agreement with lots of virtual hand holding and patience from her. I’m now looking forward to moving into a beautiful brand new flat.

We have been working with Seven Living for a while now and what an amazing team they are! I mainly deal with Laura Salter and she is so efficient and organised. Any issues are resolved promptly. The rest of the team are equally as fantastic and we at SQ Inventories thoroughly enjoy working with such a professional team.

After working with seven living for a few months now, we can only give positives from our experience with them. They have a very efficient team and have good communication, Laura Salter who we deal with mostly, is extremely helpful and quick in getting back to queries we have.
The apartments they provide are of a high standard and a lot of work goes into the upkeep of them to provide a comfortable, clean, well maintained place to stay.

Any problems are resolved or looked into quickly and we can only speak highly of them from our experiences.

A great thank you to Laura and James of Seven Living for their help with my tenancy contract. Nothing was an issue and everything was arranged with efficiency! Made moving so much easier! Fabulous and highly recommend!

Since moving in The Grand Exchange in Bracknell, I have been experiencing significant problems with the refrigerator's functionality. It has not been cooling properly, causing the food stored inside to spoil prematurely. This issue has led to a considerable amount of food wastage and has been both inconvenient and costly for me.

I have already reported this problem to the maintenance team, but unfortunately, I have not received any USEFUL assistance or resolution thus far.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the successful completion of the new apartment build. The Grand Exchange in Bracknell.

James, what can I say!! One word (well two) sums it up.. EFFECTIVE and EFFORTLESS!

You were a breeze to deal with through the past many months. What was and is still a personal difficult time for myself, it was a challenge making decisions amongst the chaos and emotions I was going through and to have a seamless service with a smile your end, was and is priceless.

So, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I look forward to making lasting memories in my new home.

Throughout my 7 months of tenancy, I interacted with both Emma Loth and Laura Salter. They were both very kind and helpful to me. All my inquiries and requests were addressed in a professional and timely manner. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to both of them.

Laura was very helpful, and an extremely warm person. I had no issues with setting up my tenancy, and I greatly appreciated her help!

Emma was extremely helpful during my tenancy. I did not have a good experience with Tia, however I was so glad when I connected with Emma who immediately owned my issue and resolved it in quick time. Emma, thanks a lot for all your help, you are a star!

I booked 2 serviced apartments at Birmingham lastweek between 19-21th of June. I was overcharged by 700+ pounds on 16th JUNE. I then made multiple emails explaining the overcharge and proof of receipts to Sophie and Callum. First I was assured that it will be refund last week. No refund was made and again I was reassured that it will be refund by end of this week. Nothing happened again! I felt I like I have been conned by this company. For those who wants to rent a service apartment from them, please think twice. I will escalate further to the appropiate authorities and this should be resolved in good timing.

Emma Loth recently assisted with me gaining access to my balcony after 3 months into a 6 month lease. Although I raised the issue of not having the key to the balcony two months ago and hadn’t heard anything, dealing with Emma was a pleasant experience. She was lovely and came after work to help after the issue was put on her radar! The next day, I had access! I’m currently writing this sitting on my balcony on a sunny morning, and couldn’t be more thankful! Thanks Emma!

4 stars only as the review is to Seven Living and the 2+ month issue wait. Emma deserves 5 stars though!

A genuinely excellent service from Seven Living. As a landlord the team more than met my expectations from the very outset. Special mentions to Callum Simpson who provided clarity around the facts and figures throughout and then to Sam Cole who took care of every aspect on the onboarding process with the highest level of professionalism. Any question for Sam was always addressed swiftly and always with solutions attached.

Wonderful assistance from Emma Loth with renewing my tenancy. Emma is incredibly supportive and responds quickly through the process.

She was very quick to respond to my emails and pointed me in the right direction when I confused with my deposit.
