Seven Auto Rental Car Arvostelua 

I had booked a car rental for a week with seven auto, through economy bookings.com.
They had no mention of requirement of an initial $300 Insurance on top of the contract amount of $187 for the week. They tried charging me crazy insurance Price even though I have my own insurance policy.
They wouldn't let me rent in the car as I refuse to accept the additional charges as there was nowhere stating that was requirement on either the Connie bookings website or seven Auto website. They are a horrible horrible scam company run far away don't be fooled like myself and so many others were.
I was able to go to Avis back at the airport with my two young children and get a car there no problem and they accepted my own insurance policy.
Economy bookings is just as bad, as they will not offer me a refund as they state conditions are laid out in the contrac i signed. I read through fine line that contract and nowhere does it say there would be an additional for insurance they are a scam company as well.

To the office they said I had to provide the declaration page to my insurance so I had to call my insurance company for our declaration page only to find out it was not enough coverage for them and was charged outrageous hidden insurance fees of $600.00 over the total cost at time of booking Had no choice since I was stuck at their office. When I got the car it had many dents and the paint was peeling off the doors. I was extremely embarrassed to show up at my family’s house paying an outrageous amount for a rent a wreck!!!!!
The old saying.. if it seems to be to good to be true… don’t do it!!!!!!

Warning about Liability Insurance.
This company only accepts liability insurance from a limited number of US insurance companies. That information is not found on many booking sites or is in the fine print of others. I have full coverage through CAA Insurance and was not able to use it and it cost me an additional $30 per day. After doing some investigation I discovered that many second tier rental companies have similar policies that will cost you extra.

Your credit card only covers collision not liability and can be used if your credit card has rental coverage.

Many 3rd party booking sites do not tell you this and it is not stated in the terms and conditions or on the voucher you give to the rental agency.

Before booking anywhere confirm with the rental company that they will accept your Liability Insurance or you will end up paying more that the Tier 1 rental companies.

You should never use this car company. It is a scam. They advertise a Low price and once you get to the location they will stick you with a ridiculous price and because of there location once you get off of the van from the airport you have minimal options other than taking their car even though you are paying a RIDICULOUS cost for the car. Don’t be fooled by thier advertising-go somewhere else!!

1. Buried the $300,000 mandatory liability requirement in the fine print.
2. Website & booking paperwork claimed that there was a counter at the Airport. There was none.
3. Confirmation texts were not received only a phone call the day before.
4. Signage for the office was not visible from the street.
5. Cancellation policy was a credit only not a regund.
6. At times, I was talked down to.
7. Car I was supposed to get was dirty, but the exterior of the car received was filthy.

3. Agent was helpful with recommending how to navigate the area without buying the $10 - $15 per day Sun Pass rental fee.

J'ai réservé sur Economybooking 3 voitures chez Seven auto à Orlando, affiché a 120$ USD par voiture par semaine. J'ai validé avec mes assurances et j'étais couverte pour les locations aux États Unis. De l'aéroport ils nous ont amené au centre de location et rendu sur place, ils m'ont obligé a prendre des assurances a 20$ par jours plus des payages à 5$ par jours, la facture par véhicule est passée de 120$ a 325$ USD. nous étions 11 personnes avec nos valises au milieu de nulle part, a pied, je me suis sentie prises en otage et n'avais d'autre choix que de payer. J'ai fait une plainte a Econimybooking, j'attend un retour de courriel.

I recently rented at the seven auto rent location. We had a great experience with a quick and pleasant experience at the pick up counter. The car was in excellent condition and had modern features like Android Auto. Congratulations to Cole on quitting!!!

Un nid d'escrocs , de menteurs et de voleurs,voiture achetée via le bon coin qui devait être en parfait état et nettoyée, a l'arrivée une poubelle, avec l'entretien a moitié fait qui ne correspond pas à la description, intérieur défoncé tout comme la carrosserie, et un patron qui pour seule réponse , vous dit qu'il ne faut pas s'étonner quand on achète une voiture a Marseille

I booked a rental at seven auto Rent after the tram only traveled so far outside the airport and I must say I was pleased with my overall experience. From picking up the vehicle to returning it, the process was very easy! No hidden fees, no long waiting lines or discrepancies. Herbert A. was very helpful in getting us on our way and providing destination attractions for my family and I to visit during our vacation.

Blake and Johnathan were both incredible setting me up with a vehicle. I flew in from overseas and called before hand to ensure I could have a vehice when I arrived and they answered all my questions with kindness. Normally organizing a vehicle when travelling is stressful, but I didn't feel that at all here.

When I arrived they were so cool and suggested me things to do while I stayed.

On my next long term stay, no matter where my accomodation is in Florida I will fly into Orlando and rent here just because of them.

Wir haben diesen günstigen Anbieter von zu Hause aus gebucht. Durch eine Flugverspätung von 2 Stunden mussten wir eine "no Show" fee in Höhe der Leihgebühr für eine Woche bezahlen. Auch ein Hinweis, dass dies in AGB's nicht vereinbart sei half nichts!

This place is a SCAM. They force you to pay PDL insurance ($400) even if you have your own. They won't let you use your ePass for the Toll and sell you their eToll ($90). When I declined, they told us we couldn’t have the car. We had no choice but to pay an additional $500.

I have rented from tons of rental car places. This place is a SCAM. They force you to pay PDL insurance even if you have your own. They refer you to their websites terms and conditions (which they couldn’t find). I showed them it’s not on their website, they told us we couldn’t have the car then. We got the car after paying a stupid extra amount, the car was LITERALLY falling apart. It had over 100k miles, both driver and passenger seatbelts never worked-they were entirely locked up and the car was so damaged in every area. Also got a “sun compact” car after paying for a “midsize”. Sweet gig you’re running, Seven Auto.

This place is a total scam, they tell you on the website one price and once you get there they will charge you $100 more per day for an insurance that nobody has.

Today Dic 25th 2023, We tried to call the third party they use for the online booking and nobody has answered for us to be able to cancel.

We lost a whole day trying to figure out our rental situation. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM

Hidden fees. They require you to pay for collision insurance even if u have collision through state farm and credit card. You cannot use your personal toll transponder so you have to pay $10-$15 for daily tolls. It almost doubled rental cost. We booked through Dicovercars.com. they said it waa OTO car rental but it is the same office as seven and the contract says seven auto. This company is a scam

The worst car rental we’ve ever dealt with and will never deal with again.

Took 1.5 hours to receive a shuttle ride from the airport to their office (which is only a 10-15m drive)

Their fees were much higher than portrayed upon booking; hidden.

Do not book.

READ ALL SMALL PRINT before signing a rental agreement with this company. We are still waiting for the return of our $1,000 security deposit; and to top it all off we were FORCED at time of rental to take insurance with them at a cost that far exceeded the cost of the rental itself. READ THE CONTRACT and SIGN NOTHING until you do!!!

Lors de notre arrivée , ils nous ont dit que étant pas des personnes de Floride nous devions souscrire une assurance de 35$ par jour car on est internationaux , ce qui est en aucun cas précise sur aucun des site dés réservation ou plate-forme nous devions payer 140$ au départ comme indiqué sur le site et nous nous sommes retrouvés à devoir payer 550$ se qui n’était aucunement prévus ! Au bout de 2 jours les pneus étaient dégonflés et avons dû les gonfler à nos frais bien entendu, la voiture été sale ! Plus jamais je passerais par ce loueur ! Ne réservez surtout pas ! Ce sont de gros arnaqueur en plus il vous prenne en montant si vous rendez pas la voiture à l’heure !
