Do not buy anything from here! This seller advertises a high-end solar webcam with all the bells and whistles but ships you a worthless, non-solar cam that barely works. Feels like an outright scam. Fortunately, I made the purchase through PayPal, which was able to issue a refund. However, I still had to cover the return shipping costs and wait 20 days for the dispute to be resolved.

I ordered solar cameras and they delivered wrong model , not solar.

They advertised a Eufy 340 solar camera but when this piece of junk arrived it wasnt anything like an Eufy or what was advertised.
I have started a pay pal investigation and am waiting on result. The seller did offer me a $9 discount. Ha Ha.
There seems to be a few coppying this tactic so beware.
They are scammers.

I ordered a solar security camera. They quoted the price at $48 but charged me $56 in US dollars instead of Australian dollars so I ended up paying over AUD$100 and to add insult to injury, they sent me a camera that was not solar powered.
I tried to claim with pay pal but they argue that the delivery occurred correctly and my claim was rejected so now I am also cranky at Pay Pal as well

Bought Solar S340 security cameras from them on Facebook. Sent me two fake light bulb cameras. Refuse to reply to my emails. Chinese rip off merchants use Paypal Phone+86 132 4162 2344 Beware YANWEN Couriers in Sydney Australia distribute their goods. They all work together. Stinky criminals

They scammed me , sent cheap fake cameras instead of the solar ones advertised, they will not give me a refund, have emailed them constantly but no refund,

If I could give 0 stars I would.This company is a total ripoff. Ordered a 360 degree solar camera and received a piece of junk socket screw in camera. Sent pics of there error and they said I received the right item. Do not deal with this scammer.

Purchased Solar camera but received 220 volt cheap and nasty piece of junk (seems to be their normal scam) Contacted them where they said it was correct. Emails back and forth still no satisfaction. Cost to send back would be prohibitive and they know this. Was offered $3US then $6US then $9US as compensation. Wish I had done my research on them first. Lesson learned.

I paid for the Eufy SoloCam S340 Wireless Outdoor Security Camera🚨, after one month I received something else, less price and less quality wire camera and indoors,this is unfair really

Not very happy. I ordered a solar security Camera and when received it was only rechargeable from AC adapter. Also some deception on ordering. I paid through PayPal and was shown a value had been charged. However after inspection of underlying card, there was an additional $10.50 charged for "taxes". Had I known full price the "bargain" was no longer a bargain. And it took nearly a month for order to arrive

Received the wrong item, it was nothing like in the description and they refused a refund. Just another scam. Please reconsider before making any purchases.

Ich habe mir eine eufy Solar Security Camera ohne Karte bestellt und bezahlt. Bekommen habe ich eine andere Kamera mit ohne Solarpanel, mit Stromversorgung und mit US Stromnetzstecker. Auf meine Beschwerde wurde geantwortet, das die Camera ist, was ich bestellt hatte. Nach dem Nachweis der fehlerhaften Lieferung wurden dann erst 3 $ dann 5$ dann 7 $ erstattung geboten, wenn ich die Camera behalte. Sonst müsste ich Sie ja zurüclschicken was viel teurer wäre. Deren Worte. Jetzt geht der Streit los mir PayPal, Rücksendung Anwalt etc.

Purchased a security camera for $59. Sent a small picket light.
I questioned them about their mistake and was told I received my order correctly. Then wad told they were out of stock. After several communications showing my invoice and photos of product they sent they refused a refund. Now after bombarding them with emails they are now offering a $18 refund not the $59 I played.
