Teresa refused to believe me that her colleague had sent me a whatsapp message to upload documents, and refused to put me through to her manager to discuss it.

She threatened to cancel my application because of her incompetence before hanging up on me.

I then spoke to her colleague after calling her back who was a very helpful.

Reseña negativa – ServiceClub

Trabajé en ServiceClub durante un total de tres meses y, lamentablemente, mi experiencia fue muy negativa. Desde el primer día fui literalmente lanzado/a al agua sin ningún tipo de formación estructurada. No recibí ninguna explicación clara sobre cuáles eran mis tareas y cuáles no, ni tampoco tuve reuniones 1-a-1 o feedback regular durante todo el tiempo que estuve allí. De cara al exterior parecía que “todo estaba bien”, pero internamente reinaba el desorden y la falta de organización.

Uno de los mayores problemas es que cada persona parece hacer lo suyo y no existe un verdadero trabajo en equipo ni apoyo real. Cuando uno pide ayuda, simplemente te van pasando de una persona a otra: si preguntas al ESE, te envían a Benji; si preguntas a Benji, te dicen que Iván es el responsable; si preguntas a Iván, te derivan a Eileen. Al final, nadie se hace responsable y nadie ayuda. Muchos mensajes quedan sin respuesta, lo cual resulta totalmente poco profesional.

Además, la empresa insiste constantemente en que necesita formadores de habla alemana. Estos formadores son contratados, pero luego casi nunca o nunca son utilizados. En su lugar, las formaciones las imparten otros entrenadores que no hablan alemán de forma fluida o directamente no hablan alemán, y aun así reciben evaluaciones positivas, lo cual es incomprensible.

Tras tres meses de trabajo, justo antes de finalizar el período de prueba, me informaron de mi despido sin haber tenido conversaciones previas, sin feedback y sin ninguna oportunidad real de mejorar. Se deja trabajar a la gente durante tres meses sin acompañamiento, sin estructura, mientras muchos responsables están de vacaciones, y al final simplemente te despiden.

No puedo recomendar en absoluto a ningún candidato de habla alemana que se postule en ServiceClub. Mi recomendación es acudir directamente a la competencia, por ejemplo a DEKRA. Allí al menos se recibe una formación adecuada, instrucciones claras, acompañamiento real y reuniones 1-a-1 en las que se explican los errores y cómo corregirlos, algo que en ServiceClub simplemente no existe.

Para mí, ServiceClub fue una auténtica catástrofe y en ningún caso un entorno de trabajo profesional.

I was initially excited to join Service Club, believing in its mission and community. However, my experience was marred by a lack of professionalism and respect from management, especially regarding payment and communication. Despite working diligently, I faced discriminatory pay disparities compared to colleagues in Europe performing the same work. This geographic-based pay difference felt unfair and unethical.

Communication from leadership and finance was dismissive, with serious concerns ignored and minimal effort to resolve issues transparently. The company culture appears to undervalue its workforce, treating individuals more as cost centers than human contributors. Management’s handling of disputes left me feeling disrespected and unsupported.

While the concept behind the company is promising, the execution and internal practices need significant improvement to foster a respectful and fair work environment. I hope leadership takes these concerns seriously to create a better future for their employees and freelancers.

A very interesting project and a great place to work with diverse people. I love working here because I am contributing to the success of the company every day. Plus, I like how I can be creative with the work I am doing, and the truest of the management is amazing.

I am extremely disappointed and furious with my experience with Service Club. This company demonstrates a shocking lack of professionalism and respect towards its collaborators and service providers.
The main and recurring issue is the abusive payment delays. It is simply unacceptable to have to wait up to 3 months to get paid. These exorbitant payment periods cause financial hardship and are proof of disastrous management. This situation generates considerable stress and a feeling of powerlessness for those who depend on these incomes.
Furthermore, some staff members exhibit execrable behavior. I have faced disrespectful attitudes, inappropriate remarks, and a complete lack of consideration. This toxic environment makes interactions unpleasant and unbearable.
In summary, if you are looking for a reliable company that respects its commitments and collaborators, avoid Service Club. This is a disastrous experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.
