I can assure you that we have HUNDREDS of games to use Nova on ranging from 0-1K+ Players, perhaps you're a free plan and limited to only some games? We just need more info to assist you.

Also regarding our player counts, currently our biggest game is limited to "Enhanced" with 1K+ players at times. Basic is limited to 125 players. I'm assuming you're speaking about the free plan? Since free games often peak to around 50 players on average. You'll have to purchase a license to get more out of Nova.

We’re going to address this review clearly, because a lot of the claims here are either misunderstandings or completely false.

First, regarding “false access removal” and your friend being blacklisted: Nova does **not** revoke access randomly. As outlined in our policy, executing unauthorized or unsafe scripts (including abusive *require* calls such as server destroyers etc.) falls under abusive or unsafe usage and can result in a permanent blacklist. Intent (e.g. “it was an accident”) does not change the fact that the action itself violates our guidelines, especially under our zero-tolerance enforcement.

Second, the claim about games being “unjoinable” or “dead” is misleading. Our system does not control Roblox player counts or whether a player leaves while you are joining. These are Roblox-side conditions. We provide access to games, not guaranteed player populations at all times, you can have a higher chance of the server being populated by using our manual server list joiner on a bigger game.

The statement about our interface being “copied” or “made with ChatGPT” is irrelevant and not tied to the quality or functionality of the service.

Accusations that our staff are “racist,” use slurs, or are abusive are extremely serious, and completely false. We have strict internal conduct standards. If there were real evidence, it would be handled immediately. Spreading claims like this without proof is irresponsible.

We also want to be very clear: we do not pay for reviews or offer incentives for positive feedback. That claim is entirely untrue.

As for support, we cannot control how random community members in Discord respond. That is exactly why we provide official support channels. If you actually need help, you should contact us directly via support@serverside.gg or open a support ticket so staff can properly assist you.

We are always open to real, constructive feedback, but this review does not accurately represent how Nova operates.

And as well, you can ALWAYS appeal your blacklist directly in our site. Most likely, if you DID submit an appeal, you would be unblacklisted as our staff is very lenient and nice with appeals.

And please don't lie about our games, you can view our game-proof channel in our discord server to see accurate readings, im assuming you're a free user as you only see single player games. Our enhanced plan has games from 200-1K+ players. Please don't lie about our service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate hearing both positive and critical experiences, as it helps us improve.

We’re glad to hear you found the scripts themselves to be good. Regarding the games list, the number of active high-player games can naturally fluctuate depending on the time of day and overall Roblox player activity. While there may sometimes be only a few games above 100 players at a given moment, our system continuously scans and logs many more games over time, which is why you may see the same titles appear with different player counts as those games gain or lose players throughout the day.

About the #game-proof channel, the intention of that channel is simply to show real, currently accessible logged games and their live player counts. When a game becomes active again or reaches a different player count later on, it may appear again in the channel to reflect that change, rather than to create artificial variety.

As for games being “ruined” by other users, that’s unfortunately something that can occasionally happen with any shared serverside environment when multiple users access the same game. We actively moderate scripts and behavior to reduce abuse and keep the experience enjoyable for everyone.

If you ever run into specific issues with particular games or scripts, we’d really appreciate you opening a ticket in our support channels so we can look into it directly and help you get the best experience possible.
