Just an amazing customer service, very quick und super friendly. Thanks to their help, a friend of mine and i were able to solve a problem that i couldn't solve by myself for quiet a while (almost 4-5 hours)... :D

After we finished our modded Minecraft playthrough, my friends and I wanted to launch an Ark server. We had some issues getting it to start up, so we called support. They gave us a solution in a day or two, which is less time than I had anticipated. We were able to boot up the server with the help of the support, who also showed me how to install server modifiers.

Hackers entered the minecraft server even with the whitelist on and destroyed everything. Fifthcolumn were the people who entered the server named. So this site could not protect the server at all. Worst gaming experience.

Have been using this awsome hosting client since 2017 and I have never had any struggle with it

Great customer service, really helpful and understanding. Servers for Project zomboid, Valheim and even the custom minecraft modpacks me and the boys make for ourselves work well (If you know how to make them work properly). They DO have South East Asia via Singapore, which we go for but move servers to France when we dont have anyone joining from SEA.

Overall, great experience with this company. Me and my friends have been using their services even before the pandemic. We will continue to support this company's progress and highly recommend it. Wish they brought back the 6GB option but thats alright, 11/10.

Have been using Server.pro for Minecraft and lately also for Valheim. I'm very happy with their service. And..their support is fantastic! Fast, kind and accurate!

They react so fast in support requests I'd rather call them instead of 911 when I'm bleeding to death, prices are okay for what you get, nice to connect services to git.

Fast response times and very detailed information given to help fix minecraft server.

Server got destroyed, customer support was not helpful and unsympathetic.

The servers are fine, they give you great control, but a lot of the more complex requirements of downloading large files has to be done using wget when using ssh. Would prefer that as part of the panel. However, when finishing up it’s hard to delete your account. To delete your account you must create a ticket to do so rather than click a button and for me I would rather not recommend my friends to use this.
