Serious Readers Arvostelua

I purchased a standard light for my husband, then I was so impressed with it ,I purchased a light for beside my bedside as I read a lot.My experience with these purchases ,and the way my order and delivery was processed was impressive. Andrew who took both my orders over the phone was very helpful and nice to deal with.He was able to offer advice and what to expect delivery and time wise.much better than dealing with AI or online. A first class company selling first class items, with helpful and informative staff.

Quick delivery
Good product

Attentive and personalised customer service is something I have associated with Serious Readers since my first purchase and nothing has changed. Full marks on this and the excellent products that you sell.

Excellent advice and service. Speedy, secure delivery.
This new light is being taken to South Africa, for a family member diagnosed with AMD.
Over several years, I have already bought 4 Serious Reader lights. 2 donated to friends and have 2 myself. They are wonderful(an issue with one was speedily dealt with at no charge to me) This is a very special company. Thank you.

Very good product, rapid delivery, the best packaging I have ever seen so the product was extremely well protected

Excellent service all round. The website was easy to navigate. There were useful and timely updates by email from both the seller and the carrier (DHL). The floor lamp was delivered within a couple of days. It was well packaged and in use in minutes. No assembly required. Reading is much easier now.

Good helpful advice on the phone.
Speedy delivery but large box with expensive floor light left, while I was out, on the doorstep in clear view/reach of the street

The lamp is fabulous, I can see to crochet dark colours once more. It has a stable base and is easy to position the lamp.

Customer Service were so helpful, acting on my issue within minutes of me emailing. Highly recommended.

Light arrived very quickly,no need for any assembly.
Very happy with the product

I already have a Serious reader table lamp which I use to read in bed, I am very happy with it so decided to order another for my study. Customer service was very prompt to answer my pre order query, delivery was very swift.

My one complaint is that there base is not truly flat and so wobbles slightly when touched.

Everything went very well, despite some vagueness on our part.

The package arrived as expected.
It was very well packed and presented.
We particularly liked the individual draw stringed pouches that added a sense of quality.
They are useful.
The table lamp is stylish and works as advertised.
The 4 hr battery life is more than sufficient but can be used as a corded unit - a win win.
The light quality is comparable with the Alice units we’ve had for a few years.

It was excellent being able to ring up and speak to real person immediately. Customer service is exemplary with good advice and help. Delivery of the impressively well-packed parcel was swift and efficient.
And the lamp itself is brilliant in oh so many ways!

Good communications, prompt delivery, and a very good well-made product.

Beautiful lights, just where you want them, and kind to the eyes. Floor, table, or cordless, all offer variable light levels that are easy to adjust and focus where needed. Packaging and delivery are excellent, and service is friendly and helpful.

Solid, elegant and effective lighting with great customer service

Easy process from purchase to delivery

Good service. Speedy delivery.

The floor standing lamp arrived in a beautfully packed environmentally sound multi cardboard boxed transit case.
The lamp was a sustantially built item whicj stood perfectly perpendicularly on its heavy base, with a "swan neck" of similar high quality.
Afjustment of the lamp head was easy and the qualty and controlabilty of the light made reading and close work a pleasure.

Excellent customer service.
