They took my money and the products never arrived

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I placed an online order and carefully selected the products I wanted. However, they added different items to my order, and when I contacted them to correct the mistake, they flat-out denied it. Even though I provided proof, they refused to acknowledge their error.

To make matters worse, my order never even arrived. It has been over three months, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, I’ve received no response to my emails. They’ve essentially taken my money and disappeared.

This company is completely untrustworthy, and I strongly advise against buying from them. Save yourself the frustration and avoid them at all costs.

Je recommande fortement cette marque

On reçoit vite les colis et les produits sont conformes au y attentes, je ne suis jamais déçu avec Serinita, pis les produits sont de très bonnes qualité. En doux cas je recommande à 200% Serinita à mon entourage tout comme à vous nouveau client

Zu empfehlen!

Ich habe schon mehrmals bestellt. Anfangs die Bodyscrub-Handschuhe, die kann ich sehr empfehlen! Spart nicht mit solchen von anderen günstigen China Seiten. Vor kurzem hab ich mir noch den Rasierhobel bestellt, alleine schon das 5 Klingen dabei sind lohnt es sich. Die Haut ist kaum strapaziert (leide sonst immer unter Rasurbrand).
Serinita macht einen super Job, es lohnt sich.

Gua Sha für Körper & Gesicht

Ich habe mir ein Gua sha set für den Körper mit Körperpflegeöl und für das Gesicht mit Jojobaöl gekauft. Ich spüre und sehe, wie sich meine Haut an den Beinen gestrafft hat und dieMimikfalten im Gesicht sich verfeinert haben. Beide Öle riechen angenehm und ziehen gut in die Haut ein.

Je suis ravie du kit body guasha que j’ai acheté. Il faut bien veiller à ne pas y aller trop fort la première fois. En ce qui me concerne j’ai eu beaucoup d’hématomes sur les deux cuisses. Après une semaine quand ils ont disparu, j’ai pu reprendre le rituel et je vois déjà des résultats. Mes cuisses sont beaucoup plus lisses! Je recommande vivement ce produit
