Very disappointing experience. The products I received were of extremely poor quality, and the mechanisms were loose and unreliable. When I raised the issue, instead of resolving it, the customer support kept hiding behind their “policy” and refused to take responsibility.
They kept claiming there was no defect even after I shared a video showing the problems. The whole process felt like they were just trying to avoid giving a refund rather than actually helping the customer.
The quality of the jewelry is not worth the price, and the after-sales support is even worse. I would strongly advise people not to buy from this brand if you expect decent product quality or proper customer service. Very frustrating experience overall

Absolutely love Serenity Jewellery. I have such sensitive ears and their earrings are so comfortable, no allergic reactions, and such an incredible price! They ship really quickly and have a nicer selection than other sites.

I made an order yesterday evening and, long story short, I had to cancel the order. I sent the email at about 9pm last night and I woke up this morning to a response and a full refund! I've been burned before by cancellations so I was extremely happy with their customer service.

I have made a few orders from Serenity Jewellery for my cartilage piercings, as they are one of the few retailers in the UK who stock Industrial Strength high quality titanium jewellery. They have always delivered promptly and accurately.
This time I had my eye on a beautiful Industrial Strength Clicker for my daith piercing, but the size I wanted was out of stock. I emailed Serenity, who told me they would let me know when it came back into stock. They kept their word several weeks later, and I immediately ordered the item, but in my hurry to make sure I got it before it went out of stock again, I ordered the WRONG size! I quickly emailed and messaged Serenity, who thankfully changed my order before it was sent out. The clicker is just as beautiful as I thought it would be, and at least £40 cheaper than anywhere else I found it in the UK.
Highly recommend this company. I wish they would also stock other high quality brands like Anatometal and Neometal etc. I think there is a real need for a retailer to do this in the UK.
