This worked for me at a very anxious and frightening time of my life. It all sounds so simple in theory but I loved listening to the narrative and calming voice. Thank you for giving me back my freedom to live again!

While looking for a way to alleviate my fear of public speaking, I was a bit skeptical when I stumbled across the "Serenity Method" on the internet.

Although I am a huge advocate of rewiring my brain through breathwork, mediation and visualization, I doubted that any method would be able to drive such positive results in such quick fashion. I was wrong!

I went through each stage that is thoughtfully laid out by Lawrence and spent only a few hours on each protocol to ensure I was dedicating the proper amount of time. Happy to report that the results have been nothing short of amazing, and exactly as advertised. Any fears I would be sure to experience while thinking about a future speaking engagement are immediately replaced with positive thoughts and feelings about the outcome. I have yet to feel an iota of anxiety in these circumstances. On the contrary, I get quite excited by the prospect of what I can do and ultimately become as a public speaker.

This is a wonderful program and I highly recommend it to any one looking for an easy way to eliminate the fear of something they want to change.

Having had my partner suffer a stroke completely out of the blue I was full of anxiety about how he would heal and got myself into a bit of a state which tends to happen when someone close is suffering. I was looking for a way to calm myself and found this course which is full of good, sound advice. You completely stopped my panic attacks, I didn’t think it was possible but you’re incredible!

I was able to discard my anxiety medication prescribed by doctors. If only they directed people to you and your website, there’d be no need I’m sure for so much long term pill popping!

I finally found out what was wrong with me, and that the serenity programme could help me at last, I went for counselling which to be honest was a waste of time, but a search on Google led me to this programme so I paid and the course was downloaded to me, and it's very easy to understand, it is working for me I'm really pleased.

This is a scam. I made an attempt to contact them using the email address provided of one of their blogs - and it’s not delivered. Please do not use people trauma to make money it’s vey inhumane of you.

The course is extremely helpful. It assists you to understand your feelings and what to do to reduce your anxiety.
I found it a little challenging to work through some of the modules but managed to do so.
I would recommend giving it your time if you're experiencing those awful anxious times

This Method is absolutely awesome I personally was a 10 plus at a stage where I couldn't sleep did not feel comfortable doing anything the WORST feelings I've ever had and ready to take very drastic steps but after viewing this method more then once it began to slowly dawn on me I am in charge of my life and future my wife was very supportive and helpful but the way LAWRENCE has put together these videos and toolboxes means you can go back to whichever one you want and at a time that suits YOU and for how long it suits you I can honestly say he has designed and put into the correct strategy for anybody in an extreme state and I was very very bad state the way it is put over and his soothing but informative voice just helps you sink it all in I could go on but will finish with the biggest thankyou from a man I have never met but feel now know so well GOD BLESS YOU LAWRENCE LEYTON

The company behind this scam is called Larkhall Holdings Limited and is based in Hong Kong. Complaints to the Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) about the misleading claims which the company continues to make on its website about the Serenity Method were upheld. You can find the ASA’s ruling online.

I paid for the course. I was even emailed a receipt, but they never sent me the course. I am assuming this is a scam. Fortunately, I only lost $57. Buyer beware.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for what the Serenity Method has done for me. It has truly been a life saver. To be fair, I didn't really think it would help but the results have been far beyond my expectations. In a word, I would say it's been "amazing". So thank you everyone but especially Lawrence for showing me the way out of what felt like a deep and ever expanding black hole!

To give you some background, I have always been an anxious person and I am a typical overthinker. But my anxiety exacerbated during the pandemic and I really found myself on the edge since then. But this programme has totally helped me to realign my thoughts and has definitely given me some brilliant strategies to change my behaviour and that has completely stopped my overthinking, but it's also given me a new found confidence and that was a real unexpected change in me. I almost don't recognise myself from the person I was before I started.

Thanks to Lawrence, I've been able to overcome my health anxiety. He’s taught me not to blow everything out of proportion. I was amplifying everything and focussing on the worst-case scenario. One little cough and I thought it’s cancer! Any heartburn I’m thinking it’s a heart attack!

The Validate process that Lawrence teaches has turned my entire perspective around and I realise how stupid I ‘ve been and how much time I’ve wasted.

But not anymore, as I am going to reclaim what’s left of my life and do things differently from now on. I can’t say enough good things about The Serenity method.
