Just reported them to NATWEST as being a fraud company . like the others i ordered an air con unit got an email saying it was on the way ,
hasn’t turned up and the contact number is a mobile one .Also the automated help section doesn’t do anything .

Ordered AC unit on 26/06/2026 for a responsible price witch was quite surprising
With in day or so I recived tracking notifications and delivery date 30/06/2026 via DPD took a day off work parel has not arrived on the day estimated.
Had few email exchanges with no specific information given ather then my order left Warehouse?!
I have been going mad for 7 days with no updates as parcel has not moved from location near Liverpool for 7 days
I begin to think I have been scammed?!🤬
But this morning all of a sudden I get notifications from DPD that my AC unit will be delivered today and YES IT DID🥳🎉all connected working so far so good doing what it ment to do.
Communication could be better as lots of ppl will think they have been scammed🤔
Customer services need to be improved to avoid uncertainties going through backcharge on Credit cards or contacting banks regarding fraud 🤔

Hi everyone, I was just about to add a scathing review on this company and guess what.
It’s just turned up 11 days after ordered my AC unit.
Hopefully this will be the same result for the rest of you guys.

Update* - ordered 27th of June, as if today 12th July, had a generic copy/paste response stating it would be sent shortly, that was nearly a week ago now and still nothing. Thankfully my bank and Klarna are investigating this and have refunded me whilst they look into this fraudulent company, I notice since the 100% negative genuine reviews a lot of 5 stars have appeared out of no where getting their AC units within 2-3 days. I'd suspect the scamming website using bots to fool more people. Stay vigilant and I still repeat, do NOT order from this website they will rob you and never reply with anything but a copied generic phrase.

Unfortunately another victim of this disgusting scam website.

Purchased from what appeared to be a legitimate website however there's a completely different support email when you click on "contact us" which they also do not respond to. The support number is a redirected automated message saying to leave a message which they will not reply to also.

This has been reported to the bank as a fraud/scam and hoping one looks into the many people also falling for these vile people's scam will be resolved quickly.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

OfEDIT: not a scam! It came a week after ordering and, based on one use, all is good. Zero customer support but worth 5 stars given the insanely low cost when demand was so high.

Terrible terrible I ordered an air con unit . Got dodgy e mail saying shipped . Apparently not as nothing received . Tried to e mail no luck and calling was a mobile number surprise no one picked up !!! Contacted my bank to get a refund for failure to deliver goods . Do not order anything from this site

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Like everyone else here, I recently purchased an ac unit that never arrived. I have tried everything under the sun to get in touch with the company but had no luck. I have now reported it to my bank and they are under investigation.

Update - it arrived!
After 10 days and no communication I was very surprised but over the moon that the air con unit has arrived.

We have just set it up and so far so good!

Ordered an ac unit on the 27th of June and recieved a dispatch confirmation shortly after.

DPD still haven’t received the item, I’ve tried calling - the phone lines are not operating, tried the chat - nobody there and emailed a number a times with no response.

Reading the reviews I’m guessing that I’m not going to receive my item and will need to do a charge back

The unit arrived however the delivery man dragged it up the stairs and it was hit so I’m letting it stand upright for 24hrs before testing if it works.

Bought on 27th June. After a week, a tracking number was created, but the item was not actually shipped for another week. I reported this as fraud due to lack of communication and reviews of scam.

But I was told it had been shipped and was due to arrive today. I’ll update this review if it does arrive and whether it actually matches the description.

Very stressful, I even had to travel 4 hours to buy a second-hand AC for £600.

Ordered Friday last week package was picked picked up yesterday and delivered today! All looking great and waiting to give it a go, must say absolutely excellent for the £180 price tag including free delivery!! The customer service has been decent from my own experience they gave me a refund when I asked for another unit as I was skeptical originally reading Reddit but if item works as it should it will turn out to be absolute bargain. To anyone who hasn’t had theirs yet please have full belief this website is genuine they will get it out to you as soon as they can and I asked the official US site and the parent company sound around who confirmed it as their OFFICIAL UK WEBSITE!

Giving this company credit where it is due, they delivered during the heatwave and did not charge an arm and leg! Well done serenelife.uk :)

Ordered an in stock AC unit only to find they evidently do not have stock. No communications from them after multiple requests for an update.

Purchased an ‘In stock’AC unit, received an email stating your order is on its way, when I look at the tracking all it has said for the last 8 days is Label created, so it hasn’t even been despatched. Contacted them via email and was told it would be despatched at the end of the week, well here we are and still not despatched and still saying label created. Do not recommend buying from this company

Ordered Saturday, 6 days later and no tracking, not dispatched - get reply to emails saying it’s awaiting DPD collecting it - load of rubbish. Won’t use or recommend

Like others here. In stock advertised AC on the alleged UK web site bought, marked as despatched but, DPD say they haven't got it. Emails unanswered and no one to answer your calls. Looks like I’m another victim. At least I can fallback to chargeback. Enough said……

Update: out of the blue my air con unit has arrived. It’s late but at least this doesnt seem to be a scam. Still no communication whatsoever from the UK arm of the firm.

Bought an AC from them, they took the money and never dispatched the AC. A DPD shipping label was issued swiftly, however, the status has for more than a week been "we have not received your item". Serenlife's customer support number is useless, the calls go directly to voicemail. Emails are answered with a significant delay. In their initial email they blamed DPD, later they blamed the heatwave. I asked them three times when they are expecting to ship the AC and never received a concrete answer.
I have now sent an email cancelling the order and will take the case directly to HSBC for them to deal with these shady individuals.

Update: a day after posting this, they did send the AC which is.... broken!!! The screen is dead and the unit appears to have been opened before. The AC is not responding to button presses at all!

I’d give zero stars if I could. I bought a trampoline for my toddlers for Christmas from them. The weight rating was 200lbs at the time, now listed as 330lbs. In less than 6 months, all the straps holding the trampoline to the frame unraveled and the trampoline fell through. This trampoline had limited use and never over 100lbs, far lower than the weight rating. I filed a warranty claim and they said this catastrophic failure was considered “normal wear and tear” and they wouldn’t replace it. Personally, I consider an issue of that magnitude to be “malfunctions that occur under normal, intended use”, as stated in their warranty. After a few back and forth emails they decided to allow me to pay 75% of the cost of a new one and they’d replace it. What a joke. If every single strap on the trampoline fraying and breaking at the same time causing the trampoline to fall through is considered normal, then their products are trash quality. Not to mention extremely dangerous. One strap breaking, sure, maybe that’s normal wear and tear. But all of them essentially disintegrating? That’s a manufacturing defect if I’ve ever seen one. But they disagree.

Purchased a portable AC unit on Amazon and it worked for two summers. I contacted support and they were exceptionally unhelpful and stopped responding after the second email of me further describing the problem of no cooling air. Don’t waste your money!!

scam site. they use some payment provider which asks for one time passcode. They pose as if sending from stripe. But the actual message comes from chase. They are trying to use the code to enroll your card in their digital wallet. Here is the message I got "Use this one-time activation code to enroll your Chase credit card to your digital wallet:. Chase will never call you for this code."
